The house at the Bella Vida resort was just like in the add: 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Which was perfect for our family of 5: after our roadtrip: the need for some privacy was eminent.The kitchen was fine and everything worked. The house was clean and the AC was a blessing in the Florida heat.Host Alexandre responded immediately to questions and a problem with the privatepool (disturbance of the water condition after heavy rain and lightning) was solved.The check-in procedure was clear and we encountered no problems.The location of the house was perfect: close to shops and Disney.If you're looking for space close to the amusement of KIssimmee and Orlando I would recommend a stay at the Bella Vida resort

No heat in pool

Yes, the pool at the house is not heated; this is clearly stated in the property description.

We were able to check due to lack of communication from the host, who FAILED to give us the front door passcode. We HAD get book a SEPARATE HOTEL ROOM for the night until the host responded to us. We expect a FULL REFUND for THAT ALONE. NOT to mention mold under all 3 sinks, dirty underwear in the laundry, a giant dead roach under the bathroom sink on the 1st floor, the A/C unit doesn't not work properly. We also had to go out and purchase our own, bathroom towels, blankets, and even the CLEANING supplies. Speaking of hygiene the place is disgusting. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND staying here no matter how "GOOD the price is." Oh yeah, there are ants throughout the home, the pool has rust stains in and around it. There's a huge rip in the screen around the pool area so bugs are all over the backyard space. ALSO the TV in the 1st floor bedroom does not work. There's no light in that bedroom so enjoy the darkness. The master bedroom bed upstairs is like laying on bricks. The mattress is broken. And it's unfeasible to be upstairs in a home in Florida without a working air-conditioner in August. I can't speak poorly enough about this place and host. Don't stay here unless you want to punish yourself.

The guest made the reservation a month prior and since then all the check in information was sent on their email. I asked for her drivers license so I could grant her access to the gate, she did not respond, she only finally sent it to me in the middle of the night of the check in, and I didn’t respond because I was asleep…obviously. We unfortunately don’t have control over what other guests leave on the premises, and sometimes it goes by unnoticed by the cleaners. As for the rest, I don’t know about the truthfulness of it, but I can guarantee the house is clean.
