The top floor is made for pure entertainment – complete with a bar, game table, living room w/ 80in TV, office/work station, murphy bed, and a rooftop deck w/ a 20 seater sectional, fire pit, BBQ grill, TV, and alfresco dining table.
The lower level features a mud room w/ laundry, 2 car garage, ping-pong table, and plenty of complimentary beach/family gear. The complex also has its own private pool w/ jacuzzi.
