Nothing but the best in this luxury home. Kitchen and baths redone in top-of-the-line finishes. High-end furnishings and bedding, fully-stocked and enlarged kitchen allows you to prepare family meals, or walk to the many great restaurants in Avon.

This condo is large - 1920 square feet (2nd floor-NO elevator) with two floors and is located at the base of Beaver Creek Ski Resort in the charming town of Avon. A walk-out balcony provides breathtaking views of Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch Ski Mountains, and a gas grill allows you to cook while you take in the view.

The Condominium is perfect for one or multiple families and large groups. The bedrooms feature a king bedroom downstairs and two queen/queen bedrooms upstairs. All bedrooms have private baths. The bedding is luxurious and cozy.

The onsite management company provides check-in, linens, firewood, maid service and on-call maintenance. The condo community has a heated swimming pool, three hot tubs, a sauna, and tennis courts. The free private shuttle bus service takes you directly to Beaver Creek Riverfront Gondola and Vail Lionshead to make your ski trip easier and more convenient. The community is one of the few adjacent to the beautiful Nottingham Lake and Park with its jogging/walking/biking trail which provide outdoor activities winter and summer.

The Condo is within walking distance to absolutely everything in Avon. The city of Avon boasts many restaurants and bars, shopping, groceries, spas and beauty salons. The indoor Rec Center is steps away, offering workout facilities, group exercise classes, a lap pool, and a heated water park. The full-service library is right next door. Avon provides free bus service throughout the town and a bus stop is located right outside the property. The town of Vail and its ski area are an easy ten minute drive, or use the free shuttle on the property!

We're obviously excited about the Condo, the community and the town. Everything you need to have a fabulous vacation is right here at our front door. We hope you'll accept our invitation to share our mountain retreat.

Our condo offers the best in location...close to the bus stop to go straight to the top of Beaver Creek, the park, restaurants and our condo complex offers a shuttle during ski season to take you to Vail or to the gondola to Batchelor's Gulch. It is the best!

We were traveling in July 2026 with 7 family members to a wedding and found the condo to be spacious, well-equipped, well-maintained and wonderful to stay in. The location was excellent, within walking distance of Nottingham Park, Avon Rec Ctr. And other shopping centers nearby. It was also close to shuttles that could take skiers to the skiing areas in that season. The only drawback was the lack of air conditioning, which we from TX missed, and needed to get adjusted to leaving the windows open and using the box fans. Other than the lack of A/C, we loved our stay and would definitely be repeat customers.

I can totally relate to the issue of no air-conditioning as I am from S. Texas. However, I do appreciate waking up to the refreshing cool morning air and the lovely evenings, perfect for a walk. We are mostly out of the condo during the daytime either hiking, biking or shopping and being outside in the dry mountain air during that time is still 100% better than heat and humidity. I am happy that you and your party adjusted well and that you would still come back even if their is no A/C! Paula

This is a beautiful condo in a very nice complex. Having a bathroom for each bedroom is a huge plus. It's very comfortable with plenty of space for cooking, dining and relaxing. Everything was clean and well-stocked. Owner provided all the info we needed about the condo, the area, how to get there and get checked in. Having our check-in accommodated by an on-site property manager made the whole process easy. The pool and hot tub areas were nice, clean. Walking distance to the reservoir lake, walking path and beach area is a big plus also. Plus Avon has everything you might need - groceries, restaurants, shops, etc.

There is no air-conditioning and no ceiling fans at this property. After I checked in, I tried to communicate with the owner with no luck. After leaving the property, I tried to communicate with the owner and had no luck. other properties next to mine had broken windows. there was a very long flight of stairs to get into my property and another very long flight of stairs inside the property to get to the two upstairs bedrooms. Never again.

We stay in a lot of rentals and this is the best one I can remember. Just fantastic-amenities, quality, supplies, location. We love BCW anyway and this unit was far and away the best we have rented here. Highly recommend. We had 7 adults and there was plenty of room.

We had a great time staying in this lovely -close to the mountain- condo. The short walk or shuttle bus ride to the base Gondola is very convenient and the ample parking allowed us all to park easily. We enjoyed the sauna, pool and hot tubs apres'. The condo is cozy, comfortable, warm mountain retreat from the and perfect for relaxing. Plently of room for 3 adult couples. We highly reccomend staying here for both Beaver Creek and Vail skiing and riding.

This was our second stay at this property... and it won't be our last! Depending upon unit availability and everyone's schedule, this is an outstanding choice for families / couples during ski season. We always book condos with at least three bedrooms -- but, both non-master suites have two queen beds -- plenty of sleeping space.
