Regarding the smart lock, we responded and attempted to address the issue in a timely manner. After your departure, the lock was tested and confirmed to be functioning properly. Additionally, our exterior surveillance footage confirmed that unauthorized guests were present at the time of check-in, despite the house rules and guest policy being communicated the night before arrival. We understand that every guest has different comfort levels regarding neighborhoods and accommodations, though we strive to be transparent in our listing details and photos. The bathroom signage regarding plumbing is standard guidance commonly provided in homes to help avoid plumbing issues.
