How to Access the Owner`s Club:
Proximity cards are provided in all Galena Territory homes. Some homes may not have enough cards for the whole group—additional guest passes can be purchased for $5/day at the GTA admin office. Parking passes are required at the GTA Owners Club and Lake Galena Marina and can also be picked up at the admin office.
No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed on the premise provided it has been disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee has been paid. Please keep dog on a leash in public spaces, and clean up all poops.

Accessibility
This is a three-story home with approximately 20 exterior steps leading to the main level. Two lower-level bedrooms and a bathroom can be accessed without stairs from the rear entrance.

Trash Instructions
Two trash bins are located outside the home. No drop-off is required—just ensure trash is properly contained and not overflowing.

The cleaning fee includes trash removal and pick-up. Guests are not required to take trash to the community dumpster—our cleaning team will handle this after check-out.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.
