Luxurious new 3 Bedroom with high-end bedding and mattresses consisting of King, Queen and 2 Twins, sleeper couch in Living Room and single sleeper in master BR. 2 Full Baths with Jacuzzi tub in master, Kitchen with nice appliances, Washer and Dryer, Fireplace, High Speed Internet, HD Flat Screens in LR and all BRs, Private Balcony with mountain views. One of the nicest condos in Pigeon Forge. Close to everything. 100 yards to The Parkway and attractions. 15 minutes to Gatlinburg. New Year Getaway

The condo was big enough for at least 8 people for sleeping. The cushions could use some more filling. But over all nice place. Convenient to everything, enjoyed the New Years fireworks from our balcony. I would recommend this condo. Corner unit on the 6th floor. Plenty of room.

Amazing property manager

The location was great. The amount of space was amazing our group. Property manager actually worked around our schedule and allowed us to check out late, which made it more convenient for our athletes. We will definitely book again.

Birthday Getaway

Traveled to Pigeon Forge for a nice little vacation to celebrate turning another year older. Location was great, selected accommodations were amazing and everything asked for and expected. Bed comfort left much to be desired, but everything else was neat, tidy, and clean. Overall, had a wonderful stay and would do again.

It was just The size my family needed. The only thing is we ran out of toilet paper. It was only because There wasnt much left on the roll in either bathroom when we got there so we ended up finding one roll and putting it in one bathroom and just used that bathroom it was very clean and nice I would recommend it just bring extra toilet paper

Family of 5 in town for Baseball

We were in town for a baseball tournament and this place was perfect for our family! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend. Even though it’s right in the middle of PG it was very quiet on the deck and has a beautiful view. Great location and close to everything. We would definitely stay there again!

Girl trip

We had fun , there was lots of things to do. We really enjoyed the walking trail and watching wild life, the only thing I would say you might need to update is mattresses and showers , but that wouldnt stop me from renting again , we're already thinking of renting again there next year if nationals are there , the owner was right ontop of everything when you needed something done. I would recommend this place.

The space, the location, the pool, the view. Amazing. I loved every minute of being here. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked and it was so easy to do whatever we wanted. We were only a few miles from everything! Will definitely be booking here again

Vacation with grandkids

Great location, easy check in. Condo is very spacious and beautiful. Beds very comfy. Kitchen well stocked (we cook alot). Pools and hot tub and playground good. We grilled out by pool our last night and it was relaxing. Our biggest complaint was condo needs a good deep clean. Dust was built up on ceiling fans, window sills, blinds, light globes, hanging mirrors, lamps were bad. The cleanliness of kitchen, bathrooms, beds, floors were GREAT just looks like cleaning crew never dust and a simple swifter duster could do alot in 20 minutes. Kitchen cabinet doors were dirty and sticky in places as well. However we would definitely return. Recommend for family vacations. (End unit which is even better)

Great time!

Only real down was the trash company picking up with their loud trucks at 5am for like 30 minutes! Otherwise location is great and area is fun.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was nice and the owners were great! They always respond back in a timely manner. The condo was neat and clean. It had plenty of room for us. It was close to everything. We would recommend it and we would also book it again in the future.

Family Trip

The size of the place was great but it needs a lot of tlc. It was not very clean and mild in showers. Worn out furniture especially the couches. The location was great and close to everything.

My wife and I live and grew up in Alabama and have been blessed to have traveled with our three children extensively. We love The Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area and rented a condo in Mountain View last year. We love the location and the complex and decided to purchase both 2601 and 2301, both 3/2 corner units and furnish them to our tastes and expectations.
We hope you enjoy staying in either of them as much as we do.
