First off, having ensuite bathrooms is always a win. The house is absolutely beautiful. The owner is very nice. Thank you for a beautiful time in Aruba.

The house was huge, definitely enough room for 14. Very clean, easy check-in. Outside area is great!The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is we had some issues with the toilets, the upstairs water not getting hot and one of the upstairs air conditioners kept leaking. Each time we reached out, Edward was extremely responsive and had someone there almost immediately, working to fix the issues. Unfortunately the upstairs air conditioner never stopped leaking. The location is quite quiet as it is in a more local region rather than a tourist region. Would definitely recommend this to a large group who wanted to stay somewhere away from the hustle and bustle. I'm confident the issues we experienced will be fixed.

Most amazing house

This house was everything as advertised and more. It was beautiful, comfortable, and safe! I love the fact that we had so many towels on hand for the pool, beach and showers. The balcony was so nice to see the ocean at night. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The host was always super responsive, quickly.

Castle by the sea

The staff and the house were nothing short of amazing. Antonius was there to greet us and was the property manager. Anything we needed, he was right there. They arranged for us to have a Van during our stay, provided beach chairs, and gave us a ride back to the airport.The house was beautiful. The beds very comfortable and the comforters and towels were very nice as well. The view was amazing from the Primary bedroom.The lighting in the bathroom could be a little brighter, there is a nice vanity to sit and get ready though. The pool area was fantastic, outdoor dining and bar with a bathroom and shower. This property is outside of the touristy are which is what we prefer. If you love snorkeling, this is your house. Walk across the street and down the dock and climb in. Mangel Halto beach is also just a 5 minute walk from the house.This vacation was a 10 out of 10. We did not want to leave and will be looking for a second home here. 15 minutes from main tourist area. Very close to Old man and the Sea, Zeeover's, and a few more top restaurants. Book this property, you will not regret it!

Wonderful vacation

This beautiful home was perfect for our family. Quiet residential area, 2 min. Walk to beach, and 5 min. Walk to local supermarket. Will be back next year! Thank you to Edward and Antonio.

Everything you could want in space, privacy, friendly neighbourhood. Local beach a gem.Easy access for groceries etc.Only comment: could use little more lighting.But that did not interfere or hamper our stay and was a wonderful spot. And Amazing host.

Family Vacation

The property was as advertised in the listing. The property owner and staff, especially Ton, are very responsive if needed. The beach across the street, Mangel Halto, was our favorite place to snorkel. My family was very happy with this property and I would definitely stay there again.

Overall everything was great! We did have a couple of unannounced visitors (pool guy, Gardner) but other than that it was great. Edward was also great! The only other thing that would have made the house more enjoyable would have been to have televisions in the bedrooms and poolside.

Beautiful home. Wonderful stay. Antonio was excellent!! Answered all our questions and checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything. In a residential area definitely need a car.

Fabulous… house was perfect all the amenities one could ask for, the only issue was a few night you could hear dogs barking all nite. We will definitely stay here again !, Edward and Tan were awesome!!

Great House

Nice home in quiet area centrally located in Aruba’s countryside. Gorge was extremely helpful and Edward made all reservations. The pool are was the most amazing feature of the house. Definitely recommend renting the van.

Had a great time, property was well maintain, the pool area was really incredible with painting on the 6 ft walls, the bar area and pool, the inside with the bedrooms were all decorated the same and living area was able to service the 11 people. Just a beautiful place to stay. nothing bad to say about out visit

This home was beautiful and just what was expected. From the time we arrived until the time we left everyone was helpful and courteous. House was right down the street from Mangel Halto. This was our favorite beach. Not very busy a breath-taking

Group family vacation

We had a group of 10 stay at the house. It is great that each bedroom had its own bathroom. There is also a half bath on the main floor and a full bath outside by the pool. We enjoyed having a pool and outside sitting area. Edward was quick to respond to any questions I had prior to our trip and checked in with me during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Antonius met us at the house and showed us around. He was also quick to respond to any questions we had and attended to the issue we had with one of the air conditioners immediately. We all enjoyed our stay.

Holiday family vacation

We had a wonderful stay. We loved having coffee and chatting on the patio in the morning and on the balcony in the evening. Beautiful sunset views everyday. Great kitchen- we ate so many meals in the comfort of our own place. Easy to explore the whole island from this location- less than 15 min to the city and 20 min to Baby Beach on the other end. We all had a wonderful time!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

When I tell you I have never stayed at a VRBO property more elegant and EVERYTHING your heart desire at a push of a button!! Edward properties are everything anyone could want or need!! His staff is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Best believe any time I vacation in Aruba I’ll be staying at one of his properties ❤️❤️❤️ Kudos to Edward and his Staff for being Phenomenal

The villa was exactly as stated, more than enough room for the 13 of us. Had issue with hot water and was taken care of right away. The place was awesome, just wish it was on the water, but other than that it was the best vacation….would have no problem returning and Edward is an excellent host..Thank you

Don't hesitate, just book

I have literally nothing bad to say about this place. Great location away from the tourist area. Mangel Halto Beach is pretty much across the street. The store is easily within walking distance, Edward was extremely responsive any time we reached out. The house is massive and has everything you need. All the rooms are identical with their own full bathrooms. There's even a bathroom in the pool area. The pool area is huge and absolutely beautiful! If you are thinking of booking here, just do it! You will not be disappointed!! We had 10 people stay here and we had more than enough space!!

Amazing house

Group of 14. The house is more impressive than pictures. There are actually 9 bathrooms vs 7 in ad. One for each br, one outside pool and one common area. Loved the property. Property managers were fantastic. Also located a block away from Mangel Halto beach. Great spot to swim and snorkel.
