This is a mountain-top chalet; there are steep hills to access the chalet. Nothing crazy, but if you are a flatlander, you are in for a treat.
Must be at least 25 years old . No Smoking anywhere other than your car in the parking lot. Please take all butts with you. If smoke is detected in the house or porch area we will be notified and will incur an additional cleaning charge of 500$. No outside speakers of any type are allowed. No gatherings over the 4-person limit.
