This memorable house in desirable Lake Shores neighborhood is the perfect home base for your trip to Breckenridge.

The house boasts 2 cozy bedrooms in the main house & an additional 3rd bedroom with bathroom in separate mother-in-laws quarter perfect for privacy.

The main house has 2 queen beds plus 4 twin beds in the loft. Each bedroom has a full bath. The mother-in-laws quarters has another queen bed and full bath. There is a tv in each bedroom.

The two story dock is in deep water so fishing off the dock is available even if other docks are on dry ground. The dock has two stories, a trapeze swing on the second story, night fishing lights, and a boat slip. A tv is on the dock to watch your favorite football games while you fish!

This adorable property is perfect for families or groups of friends. The home is on a large lot with fenced backyard with outdoor fire pit and stunning sunset views over the water.

We came out here for our annual dove hunt. We have historically stayed in one of the hotels in Breckinridge. Great house on the lake. The Host was very responsive. Highly recommend! We will be back!!

House was amazing and very well equipped. Owner was so kind. Definitely one of the top properties my family has booked with. Private, yet Walmart was 5min down the road. We caught a good amount of fish on jugs.

We had such an amazing time. Jenny was so friendly and provided great communication when needed. The home was very clean and comfortable, and the lake/boat dock with rope swing provided so much fun for our crew. Highly recommend.

The property was perfect for our travel plans! Jenny was wonderful from the start, even before booking, with helping accommodate our needs for this trip! Our entire family was able to travel and all stay together because of her flexibility and willingness to accommodate! There were tons of amenities for the lake, albeit a little weathered from the outdoors and needing some cleaning. Nothing unexpected though for being outside on a lake! If we weren’t in town to celebrate a wedding, we would have had more time to hose down and enjoy those amenities more! I look forward to booking again for another getaway just for fun! Highly recommend this property and host!

We had a great time on our family fishing trip at this house. Plenty of parking and room in the house. The kids loved hanging out of the pier, which was still in the water with the water level around 14ft low. Enjoyed everything about the house. Looking forward to booking again.

Wonderful accommodation! Host was very nice, helpful and quick to reply! House was very clean and listing was as described. Fishing on the dock was great. Caught a great deal of crappie, a drum, and a catfish. Will come back again!

I was in Breakenridge for a family gathering & was looking for a home with enough room to accommodate who ever showed up from all over Texas. The 4 bedroom, 3 bath was perfect for us all and also plenty of space for parking. The home was charming & the beds “Oh so comfortable!”.My oldest granddaughter lives in Breakenridge so I’m sure we will be there for more get togethers over the years & we will love to hang out at The Lake House on Hubbard Creek. The lake house was perfect for our family of 10 to stay while visiting a family reunion in Breckenridge. Location is only about 3-5 mins from Walmart and our family members living in the town of Breckenridge. The MIL quarters was a big plus for over night quarters for my granddaughter with special needs and her parents. Older cousins (3) slept comfortable in the loft adult.The stairs to the loft are very steep. Need to use caution going up and down. No bathroom in loft . This home is well stocked, very clean and morning coffee on the lake is a great perk. Will stay again if needed. Thank you, Jenny

We would definitely stay here again! We comfortably slept 8 people, 4 kids (17, 15, 11, -and 9 year olds) and 4 adults! One of the queen bedrooms and a bathroom are in a separate house connected by covered patio. Plenty of outdoor parking, great laundry room and plenty of living and dining space for us! A bonus was the dock! We had a blast using the rope swing and hanging out on the dock and watching a beautiful sunrise and sunset!

The house is great. Plan on booking and staying there next year. Jenny was always very quick to help. Sheets were great. . The beds are comfortable, but need to upgrade to king size beds.

We had an excellent stay and would absolutely come back! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The beds were cozy, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the space felt welcoming from the moment we walked in.The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. We especially appreciated the little details, like clear instructions, quick communication from the host, and how well-maintained everything was.Check-in and check-out were smooth and stress-free, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, this was one of our favorite stays, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway!
