A group of us stayed overnight. Place was very clean. The setup is more like two separate apartments not a single family. Four separate doors you have to access with codes. Cleaning service arrive at 10am. Overall the we had a good stay. Not sure if I would stay again due to house layout.

Location was great, beds were comfy. Pictures and maintenance of house was slightly misleading. Backyard, entry ways had weeds, some trash, beds were clean remainder of house not super dirty but gave me some pause. Backyard patio furniture was disheveled.All that being said us as a family of ten had a nice time and slept good. Just wanted to give accurate review.

This unit is a wonderful flat broken across two levels. It was ideal for a birthday gathering I hosted. Everything was clean, though there was some minor damage in the unit (landlord was on top of it). Would rent it again.

Parking for one car was included and they had an option for second car at a great rate compared to city parking. Place was clean and great for the value.

Great stay just outside Manhattan! Stayed here for 2 nights with a total of 7 people. There was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and get cozy. The unit had everything we needed from coffee machines, utensils, plates, cups, etc... The property manager was extremely responsive and even had one of our coffee machines replaced within the hour when we ran into a snag. I would definitely stay here again! One thing to note is that the 5 bedrooms are split between two different units in the same building basically. Wasn't a huge issue but you had to go through a shared foyer to get into the other unit. The bottom unit locked from the inside so if you locked it, friends from the upper unit couldn't get it. If you left it unlocked it was open to whomever was staying on the top floor. Didn't mind terribly as it's just a flight of stairs but lacked a bit of the "staying in one house" vibe that we were hoping for.

Location was great, beds were clean and comfy, and I liked the decor. The owner was quick to respond whenever issues arose. However as others have noted, the pictures, maintenance, and details of the house are not quite accurate. The house has 3 apartment units (upstairs,main floor, & basement). This listing is for the main floor and basement.Entering the main door leads to the shared stairwell. The stairs to the basement are in the shared stairwell with a deadbolt on the door that can only be locked from the inside of the basement. Alternatively you can enter the basement unit from the outside lower level door. But not convenient at night. Leaving it unbolted gives access to the public/strangers. A bit unnerving letting my children sleep there. So I ended up sleeping down there. Each time I went down there I had to check all rooms for any strangers. The back patio was overgrown with weeds and not well maintained so we didn’t use it.There was only a pool table & no ping pong table.The washing machine temperature knob was broken so it only used scalding hot water. Which ruined the fabric of a few pieces of stretch clothes. The owner had me use the upstairs units’ washing machine. But the upstairs renters were annoyed with me and only allowed me to use it very late 10:30pm.I had to unclog the tub drain using a drain snake provided by the owner who was very apologetic.The 5th rm has no A/C. Only one parking spot. Tough to find parking for a 2nd vehicle.
