Bournecoast are delighted to offer ROSEDALE, a second floor, modern holiday apartment with modern interiors which is perfect for families looking for contemporary accommodation in an ideal holiday location. The property is in a great position just walking distance from the award winning sandy beaches in Boscombe and Boscombe High Street. Boscombe is situated between Bournemouth and Christchurch and offers everything, at an affordable price, whilst being an integral part of Bournemouth. Bournecoast are also marketing other apartments in the block if you wish to holiday as a larger family group together but prefer to have the space and privacy of staying in separate apartments.

THE ACCOMMODATION:
This apartment has two beautifully furnished bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a Super King Bed (which is a zip and link bed that can be separated into two standard single beds). The second bedroom has Twin Beds (which is a zip and link bed that can be zipped together to make a Super King bed). This room also has a pull out Single Bed and a SMART TV. Please note that if you need the Master Bed configured as Twin Beds or the Second Bedroom configured as a Super King Bed you will need to email the Bournecoast Customer Services Team at least 72 hours in advance of your arrival date.

There is an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, in the lounge area is a sofa bed to sleep one person and it is equipped with a FLATSCREEN SMART TV. FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider).

Leading off the lounge/diner is the modern kitchen area which is fitted with an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - SLIMLINE DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE - COFFEE MACHINE.

This accommodation has a modern bathroom which includes a bath with a shower facility and a toilet.

There is off road parking in the car park for one car on a first come, first served basis (please note the space is not reserved or guaranteed). There is a communal bicycle store on the premises (please note that the store is not enclosed so bicycles need to be locked to the bars provided - bicycles are left at the owner's risk).

This property enjoys an enviable location just a short stroll from Boscombe Pier and the seafront, home to the popular Coastal Activity Park, while Boscombe's vibrant shopping centre is also within easy walking distance. Boscombe High Street offers a wide selection of shops, cafes and restaurants, providing convenience and variety right on your doorstep. Boscombe is well known as a traditional seaside resort, boasting its own attractions, activities and character. Alongside Bournemouth's famous chines, Boscombe has its own hidden gem. Boscombe Chine is a leafy woodland valley with picturesque walks, where you may spot wildlife such as squirrels. For a touch of fun, there is also a round of crazy golf to enjoy. Adding to the coastal charm, the seasonal land train runs along the promenade beneath the cliffs, linking Boscombe with the lively Bournemouth town centre. Here you will find extensive shopping opportunities, a wealth of restaurants, lively bars, theatres and entertainment venues, not to mention the award-winning beaches that have made the area famous. A short journey east brings you to Christchurch, a historic market town with a rich heritage, a beautiful quay and the iconic Christchurch Priory.
