Escape to a tranquil retreat at this 2-bedroom, full basement house just outside of Colville. The welcoming atmosphere surrounded by pine trees and tall aspens and phenomenal amenities, including heating and AC, make for a cozy stay. With 2 queen beds and 2 bathrooms equipped with towels, hair dryers and showers, guests will feel right at home.
Relax on the deck with views of the mountains, horses, deer and a large pond with wild ducks and geese. BBQ? Use the Traeger BBQ provided to cook your dinner! Then wake up to a cup of fresh coffee from the kuerig, or hot chocolate on the patio. Enjoy all that Colville has to offer when you stay at our place.

This is an amazing place to stay when you come to the Colville area. I can’t say enough good things about the host, Brenda was very hospitable and easy to work with. I will 100% be using this site in the future.

The house was very clean and well furnished. The location was extremely peaceful and having a pond right there with horses roaming on the other side was fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay! The house and property were amazing. And the view is phenomenal! Its a great place get out of town and just relax, or hunt like we did. The hous is fully furnished and the couches were amazingly comfortable! The host was absolutely wonderful and very attentive to our needs with still giving us our privacy. The house was plenty bug enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. It was very roomy and spacious. I would highly recommend staying here and we plan to go back and stay again soon!!

The host was so amazing and accommodating for our family! It had just snowed the night before we arrived and they had done a wonderful job plowing the walkway and driveway for us. We also had a large flat deck trailer with us and they were accommodating with allowing us to unhook and park it while we stayed. Definitely will be staying anytime we come back to town!

Hosting this family was enjoyable! Left an adorable snowman ⛄️ in the yard and a handmade "thank you" note by their daughter! And the house was left clean! Glad you enjoyed your stay!

The minute we walked in, we felt at home! Brenda went Above and Beyond in making sure our stay was comfortable! We used the Traeger which was full and ready for us. The wildlife is amazing! We saw so many different animals! The pasture across the pond, full of grazing horses, was beautiful to enjoy in the morning while you're drinking your coffee from the provided Keurig! The house was amazing, but the little touches really put it over the top. We even had a packet of microwave popcorn laid out for us ready for a snack, along with a couple drinks in the fridge. Thank you Brenda for making us feel right at home! Thank you for sharing your home with us

Great country home with a pond right off the deck! We had deer visit us in the yard as well as ducks and geese in the pond. Full kitchen, 2 bath rooms and very comfortable beds. Thank you to our Host

A beautiful place in a valley, lovely views of a clear pond fed by two streams, lots of wildlife. Easy to get to. Quiet, clean, spacious. Enjoyed the full kitchen. Bedrooms, were comfortable and peaceful. Loved the two covered decks one in front and one in back.The host was helpful, friendly, responsive, and kind. I loved everything about this place.

This rental was clean, comfortable, and so, so peaceful. The deck and view of the pond is so much more than what the photos show, and we spent several hours watching wildlife and horses, and just relaxing. The host was very helpful and friendly. We are hoping to find a time to get back!
