Stayed here for 6 nights. More than enough room for me and my wife. The home is definitely old and rustic. That is why we stayed here in the first place was for the charm. The general area of northern Nashville looked a bit sketchy. However, the home is a few blocks off the beaten path and was actually a very quiet neighborhood. Only snag was the electric water heater tripped a circuit and we had no hot water upon arrival the first night and no access to the locked basement to turn it on. Host had someone out the following morning with basement access and fixed the issue. Not a big deal and there were no further issues. Enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.

My family of 6 stayed here for a week while my kids were competing at the National Beta Convention at the Opryland Convention Center. We chose this place because it offered more space at a much better price than the Opryland Hotel, and was within easy driving distance of the Convention Center. Overall, we were very pleased with everything. While this house is somewhat older, they have done a great job having it clean and neat, and giving it LOTS of great character. The "old-timey" feel to the place was awesome, but thankfully the kitchen was nice and updated. It was a great place for our family to have some space to spread out and relax while in Nashville!!
