Every little detail covered to make for a very comfortable & enjoyable stay. I found it actually better than the online photos.

We enjoyed our two night stay. The place had everything we needed. Nice, quaint and an adorable, thoughtful design. We would highly recommend!

Our stay was cozy and so cute! We enjoyed the quietness and hospitality. If you are in the area why stay in a hotel when you can have the comfort of home. Definitely would recommend this stay.

Our stay was amazing! The cottage was super cute, extremely clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. Our hosts were wonderful also. Communication and accommodation was top notch. We came in with kids for a sports tournament and being able to return back to unwind and fish by the lake was the best. I wish all places were this amazing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our stay was perfect for the weekend. We found it to be comfortable and a convenient location. Cleanliness is always first on my list and you did not disappoint. The kitchen was equipped for what we needed and the host was quick to respond. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

This is a very cute little apartment!! There were a lot of boards games to play. It rained most of the time we were there but there’s a fire pit in the yard with a good size yard for several yard games to be played. We would definitely recommend a stay here. I wish there was some more lighting toward the parking, we came in late our first night and it was slightly different parking lot. Overall an excellent experience.

I’m glad that you had an excellent day and that she would recommend us to future guest. I’m sorry that you did not find the lighting sufficient. I’m not sure what time you arrived, but the string lighting is on a timer from dusk till four hours afterward, but the outdoor light next to the door along with the landscape lighting. It’s usually efficient since you can pull up with feet of the door. We’re always disappointed to see if four star review. We do put our best foot forward for our guest. Sorry we didn’t meet your expectations for an excellent review.

This was the perfect place to stay for our long weekend away, it was so cozy. Rosie was so responsive and the little touches left for us upon arrival were so appreciated. We're hoping to stay again when we're back in the area! Initially we were wondering what the stay would be like in a guest house but we had complete privacy and it was nice to know help was right there, if needed (when we blew a breaker)!

Thank you! We enjoyed having you. We usually don’t have an issue with the breakers, but the extreme cold (for this area) meant a larger draw on the electric. I now added a note to future guest so they know where to reset it if they need to. Best wishes on your future endeavors. We would love to have you all back again.

What a clean and well equipped guest house! The decor was so sweet. We have rented vacation homes for years and the owners had paid attention to every detail! While we were there for a wedding, we might just find a reason to visit Lake Norman and would definitely stay at this guest house...... A and 5 STARS!

Guest house was decorated for Christmas! Lots of extras , hot chocolate and candy! Host was super friendly and very accommodating! Super cute

This place was fantastic! Rosie & Larry are the perfect hosts. Everything you could need was provided... coffee, soaps, full kitchen with plenty of cookware, filtered water pitcher, condiments, etc. Bed was so comfortable and the whole place was tastefully decorated. Large TV, and great walking areas for my dog! I honestly didn’t want to leave. Absolutely perfect.

We had an exceptional stay here. The cottage is adorable! Our host Rosie is the “Hostess with the mostest!” Little thoughtful touches everywhere. The cottage is well stocked with amenities. Exceptionally clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location is very close to Lake Norman. Our visit was so lovely we stayed an extra day. We are already booked for next year!! Can’t wait!

Nice rental with everything that was listed. New appliances, comfortable furnishings and a nice big tv. We would stay there again without hesitation. Highly recommend.
