Convenient and Roomy

This house made our stay relaxing. It was conveniently located to everywhere we visited while in the area. It had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kids enjoyed the pool after our long days. The adults enjoyed the hot tub. We will look at staying here again.

The house pool was perfect and a short walk to the bigger resort pool. Very quiet and kid friendly neighborhood. The house was perfect for our two families with plenty of room to spread out. Hosts checked in mid break too which was appreciated.

Great House!

We stayed here over Thanksgiving and cooked our meal at the house. We were 2 families sharing the house and we had plenty of space. I requested pool to be heated and it was perfect temperature.

Orlando Stay

Stayed at this property while visiting a number of different parks around Orlando. The location was great, short drives to most parks. The pool and spa were a nice addition which gave us a great place to hang out during the evenings. The resort has a nice water park area that we used on a day we didn’t have plans. The home had everything we needed to cook some meals and hang out at night. Would definitely stay there again.

Dance Competition

Our family went to support our granddaughter who had a dance competition at the Dolphin Resort in Disney. The location of the house/neighborhood worked out great for driving back and forth. The house was big, roomy and very well equipped. The pool/spa was a definite favorite! We were very comfortable there!

Amazing House-D2 Summit

3 mom/daughters plus a sibling and Grandma stayed here for 4 days during D2 Summit. The house was perfect, everyone had enough space and bathrooms! Pool was great to jump into, house was well stocked with essentials. The house was about 10 minutes to espn and 15 minutes to the Disney Parks. Would stay here again!

Perfect, close to disney

We stayed at this property and it was perfect for our group of 11. Home was stocked, and had many essentials you hope to find, but sometimes don't, in a VRBO (like foil, seran wrap, salt and pepper, etc). Convenient location to Disney parks and food. Management was very responsive and prompt. We had an issue with the front door, and they resolved it quickly for us. Home was clean. Loved our stay.

Great family vacation!

This house worked out great for our family. The rooms were spacious and clean. All the furniture were comfortable and relaxing. Our kids loved the pool and game room each evening we came home from Disney. On our off days from the parks we enjoyed the community pool and water slides. The resort is located close to grocery stores and restaurants. We had a perfect week. Thanks!

Great holiday home for our family

This house was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 4 children. The outside space and pool is great. It's proximity to all the theme parks is very good as is it's position close to Walmart. Our minor issue was dealt with promptly by our guest contact. We would have liked more adult forks in the cutlery drawer but this is a trivial issue. The house wasn't spotless but this made for a more relaxed stay. The resort itself is quiet and secure and extremely well maintained.

Family trip

The size of the house was perfect for our family. Hours of fun in the pool. The kitchen was lacking a few things, sheet pans and 9x13 pans. The pool spa quit working and was quickly fixed the next day. The location was good, just plan for heavy traffic. We were warned that the nearby Walmart was crazy so we found a Target and Publix for our needs.

Good stay

House was clean and it is well represented from the photos. It was our first time with streaming TV as opposed to cable. Not the most solid technology as it refreshes several times an hour an pauses your screen. It was a bit frustrating as the point of our getaway was to golf and watch college football. Overall, plenty of room and a quiet family friendly neighborhood.

Thank you for your review, Khrysanne! We're so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay overall, but we apologize for the connectivity issue you experienced. The homeowners are diligently working on resolving the problem - they are having a second high-speed internet provider installed in the home to ensure that content can be streamed without interruption. Thanks for letting us know about your stay - we hope to host you again soon! Best, the Evolve Team
