This first floor unit is uniquely situated with rare back door access steps away from the marina, gas grill, and manatee sightings. Start your day with pickleball then switch it up and head to the beach with private access. On your way back, stop at the pool. At the end of your day, you’ll enjoy unobstructed sunset views every night. You are sure to get the much needed rest and relaxation you need. The king master suite is sure to please. The guest bedroom can accommodate both kids and adults alike in the surf themed queen bunk set up. Condo amenities include in-unit washer/dryer, well stocked kitchen, linens, beach gear, and plenty of seating. Whether you want to play all day or relax, you can’t go wrong!
