Great location

Had a lovely week away. Beautiful apartment, looking over the Marina. Great place to people watch and to see the boats coming and going. The host did everything to make our stay as pleasant as they could. Including letting us access the property earlier, which was a great start to our holiday.

Never rent this place if you are over 30

The front door was in the back streets ,when we got there 11am they was 2 men smoking weed on the stair case not a nice arrival ;the property was on the 4th floor and the lift was not working :on the stair case they cigarette butts every where the stairs was filthy ;we complained to the manager who just said we rent this out 45weeks a year with no problems ;if there is no problems why isn’t they any reviews saying how fantastic it was ;somehow they are removing the reviews I suppose this will be removed ;;;;me and my wife didn’t feel safe with the security at all we spoke to the manager he didn’t care I asked for my money back he said if your wife doesn’t feel safe that’s her problem .we couldn’t stay so we checked in to a hotel . A question to vrbo how do we get our money back , I feel the the pictures didn’t tell you the truth about the place ,it was simular to buying a car with pictures taken from the front ; then you find the back is damaged false advertising ;if you are looking to rent this place I wouldn’t bother ;also the door looked like it had crow bar marks on it where people have tried to brake in thanks for reading VRBO are you going to do something

Dear Nick I am sorry you feel that way, but I need to clarify a few things. You were looking for a way out before you even got here. Your wife was looking for another place before you even got here. You say there are no reviews for this flat maybe you should look better, there is a 5 star review for this apartment from people from Sweden who greatly enjoyed their stay a couple of weeks before you arrived. Nobody removes reviews, I wish we could so I could remove your biased review. As much as you are my client so is the owner of the flat, and I cannot give you a full refund because someone "is smoking weed". The elevator was not working on your arrival that is true and it was fixed within an hour by the community, somehow you forgot to mention this. We try our best to offer our clients the best possible time but some people have a different agenda and are impossible to please. I am sorry you feel that way but unfortunately your "comments" say more about you than they say about us. I advise the readers to read the other reviews for this property and other properties we manage. I wish you a very pleasant day. Best regards Sylvain

Die Wohnen war für uns ideal gelegen. Sie ist zu dem schön eingerichtet und sehr funktional. Die sich auf dem Hafen ist außergewöhnlich.
