Excellent all across the board! This property delivered on everything promised. We will be returning. The host was very accommodating and responsive. I love all of the details that were included with this condo.

The views were to die for. To say this was a spacious, beautifully manicured condo would be an understatement.Ann, the host, and her team have an eye for style and truly made this a welcoming, relaxing environment.Balconies for each and every room, catch the sunrise in the morning, run out to the other balcony, and watch the sun set.This is one property you have to stay at!

Great time again at Kingston

We love staying in this property! We stayed here twice in the past and the updates in the condo were very nice. Perfect location right on the beach!

This was a perfect stay. The location right on the beach is wonderful. The unit was spacious, clean and had everything you need especially in the kitchen. We were there during a storm and the lania is perfect. It is covered and we sat outside watching the storm. We definitely will be back.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with equipment needed. Beds were comfortable. Great location. Very spacious. Thanks for having us.

Fantastic location

Beautiful condo in great location. Amazing views from balconies. Easy access to beach. Condo is very large and well stocked with everything you might possibly need. We will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing week on the beach!

This property was amazing, great layout and decor, well appointed, great location with easy access to the beach and surrounding area. Everything exceeded expectations and the owners were very helpful; they put a lot of thought into preparation and communication. We can’t wait to go back!

Lovely Place

We had a girls weekend at Ann's place and it was our first time in Myrtle beach. We had a great time! The place was out of this world beautiful and we had everything we needed. Thanks again for a fabulous stay!
