Peacefully tucked away with off-street parking and just 5 minutes’ drive from the city centre, you’ll enjoy easy access to top attractions like the Christchurch Botanic Gardens, Riverside Market, New Regent Street, and the International Antarctic Centre.
Downstairs features an open-plan living, dining, and fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, opening out to a private outdoor space. The living room includes a sofa bed (linen available at an additional cost) and a 55” LG 4K Smart UHD TV—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring.
Upstairs, you’ll find a cosy bedroom with a queen-size Ecosa mattress and a modern bathroom (stairs access only), ensuring restful nights. Family-friendly amenities like a highchair and portacot are also provided.
