This stylish, single-story 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home plus game room is perfectly positioned on the 7th hole of the Painted Hills Golf Course in Mesa, Arizona. Located on a quiet street in a desirable and convenient neighborhood, this home offers easy access to the 202 freeway, shopping, dining, and everything East Mesa has to offer.

Open the front door and step into comfort and sophistication. The spacious living room is bright and inviting, featuring a cozy sofa set, chaise lounger, large TV, and a built-in wet bar — the perfect spot to unwind after a day in the sun. The open-concept layout flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials to prepare a delicious meal. The kitchen counter offers seating for four, and the dining table comfortably accommodates four more. Whether you're cooking for family or entertaining friends, this kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make you feel right at home.

Step outside and you'll quickly understand why this home is named Sunsets on Seventh. The backyard overlooks the golf course and is designed for both relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy the sparkling pool and in-ground spa, or lounge under the covered patio while watching the game on the outdoor TV. Grill up dinner on the built-in gas BBQ, grab a cold drink from the outdoor refrigerator, and gather around the built-in fire pit as the sun sets over the fairway. The fun continues with ping pong (play inside or out!), shuffleboard, basketball hoop poolside, and corn hole. Whether it's a peaceful morning coffee or an evening spent under the stars, this backyard was made for making memories.

Inside, the game room doubles as a fourth sleeping space with a comfortable Queen-size Murphy bed. It's the perfect bonus area for extra guests or family fun, equipped with shuffleboard, ping pong, and plenty of space to hang out.

The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for rest and relaxation. The primary suite features a King-size bed, smart TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a Queen-size bed, and the third bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed. A second full bathroom with a separate tub and shower serves the guest bedrooms. A full-service laundry room is also available for your convenience.

The pool and spa can be heated for an additional fee of $60 per night plus tax. Spa heat only is available for $25 per night.

Sunsets on Seventh is ideally located in East Mesa with easy access to major freeways, shops, restaurants, and outdoor recreation. You're just minutes from top-rated golf courses, hiking trails, and local favorites like Las Sendas Golf Club, Red Mountain Park, and the Salt River.

Sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests ~
All bedrooms are equipped with TV`s and ceiling fans! All of the bedrooms are well furnished with attractive furniture and provide storage space for all of your belongings.

Primary Bedroom: King bed, en-suite bathroom with separate tub, walk-in closet, garden tub and shower.
Bedroom 2 : Queen bed, shared bathroom with separate tub and shower.
Bedroom 3: King bed, shared bathroom with separate tub and shower.



Parking ~
Parking is limited to four cars, there are two garage spaces available along with two spaces in the driveway. RV Parking is also available, please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to bring a trailer or an RV.



Important: To finalize your reservation, before you arrive you will be asked to complete our rental agreement and guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Rental Age ~
Must be at least 28 years old to book.

Noise Policy ~
Red Mountain Rentals enfoces good neighbor policies on all managed properties. Renting homes in a neighborhood/community is a privilege and must be treated as such. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. All outdoor speakers and TV's must be turned off between the hours of 10PM and 8AM. Violation of this rule will result in removal from the home without refund.

Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $500 fine.

Pet Policy ~
This is a pet-free home. No pets are permitted under any circumstance.

Smoking Policy ~
This is a non-smoking home. Smoking is prohibited in the entire premesis. No smoking, vaping or using e-cigarettes of any kind are permitted inside or outside of the property under any circumstances. Violating this will result in the guest being fully liable for any damage resulting from it.

Damage Policy ~
Guests are required to purchase a Damage Insurance Policy through Rental Guardian at the time of booking.
Guests will be charged for any and all damage not covered by the Rental Guardian Insurance Policy and/or any damage deductibles for covered items by the Rental Guardian Damage Insurace Policy purchased at the time of reservation.

Reservation Payments ~
50% of the total reservation is due at the time of booking
Payment in full is due and will be automatically charged 30 days from arrival date.

Cancellation Policy ~
Reservations may be cancelled for a full refund up to 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled between 30 and 15 days of arrival will receive a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled at 14 or less days before arrival will not receive a refund. Total reservation payment will be forfeited. Early departure or shortened stay does not warrant a refund.

Security Cameras ~
All of our homes have security cameras installed on the front of the garage, facing the street. These cameras are the property of Red Mountain Rentals. There may be additional security cameras on the front of the property (such as Ring Doorbells or cameras monitoring the side gate enterance) as well that are maintained by the homeowner. Neither the homeowner or Red Mountain Rentals has installed any security cameras in the backyard or inside of the home. Tampering with any security camera may result in removal from the home without refund.
