Fabulous location...easy (and safe) walking to many of the sites we wanted to visit! Great accommodations! I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Memphis!

The cottage was fantastic- had everything we needed for a three night stay. Walking distance to Beale Street (about 15 mins). Rhonda was a great host and very helpful. Would highly recommend staying here.

This was the perfect spot for a couple, single person or small family. It is a great location and we walked almost everywhere. Rhonda and Ryan were exceptional host. We were even able to check in a bit earlier than anticipated as we arrived earlier than expected. We had no problems what so ever. Though we only used the coffee maker the kitchen was exceptionally stocked for those who would want to cook, but with so many great restaurants a few steps away why cook! We will definitely be coming back to this great spot with amazing host!

We stayed at the cottage for our mother-daughter weekend. It's cozy, decorated with style, and conveniently located if you want to be able to walk to Beale Street, The Civil Rights Museum and other attractions.Like others, we enjoyed breakfast at The Arcade & had enough to take back to the cottage for breakfast the next day.I think my favorite feature, honestly, was the ceiling. Don't skip this place if you're looking for a place to lay your head while visiting historic downtown Memphis.

Rhonda was a wonderful host and called to let us know about an issue going on down the street that might affect us. Her recommendations were spot on. We will stay there again if we’re in Memphis.

Great place!

The cottage is a cute, quaint place to stay. It is close to Beale St. Rhonda is a gracious host and we were very pleased with the accommodation.

The perfect place to spend our anniversary/Valentine's Day! Rhonda was welcoming & made sure we had everything we needed, and gave some stellar restaurant suggestions! Felt like we had peace, quiet, & privacy while still being right in downtown Memphis. (Seriously, so much within walking distance!)

Rhonda met us and shared her tips about places to eat and things to do. She checked to make sure we had everything we needed. The cabin is in a great location and fairly private. We were able to relax on the porch jo problem.

Great Place, Great Location

My husband and I were staying in Memphis for a concert and this place was perfect. Great size for two and located within walking distance of downtown and Beale St. The host was very kind and everything we needed was provided. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

A great place in Memphis

Very well located with a host who gave good instructions Whilst the property is not super big it was well appointed and we certainly enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend it to our friends
