Excellent choice for a large group or family! The house was clean, stocked with all of the necessary essentials and worked perfectly for our girl’s trip. We especially liked all of the king size beds and on-suite bathrooms. The beach was just steps away and the sunsets were stunning! We can’t wait to go back again.

Lovely rental. Well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms were comfortable with a bathroom available with each room. Beach access was a very short walk and the views from the roof top were beautiful. Highly recommended

Our host was quick to respond to any issues. Perfect layout for our multi generational group! Loved the location, it really was just a 2 minute walk to the beach!

Great home, great location. Loved the hot tub and pool combo and the rooftop deck. Plenty of space well thought out floorplan. Would have been nice to have more than 2 wine glasses but other than that minor issue it was perfect.

This house was perfect for our large group with multiple families. We walked to beach for sunset several nights. Each room has its own attached bathroom which was great! A few small things that would be helpful are larger skillets, water and ice dispenser in the refrigerator, more towel racks in bathrooms and maybe an elevator (lol). We will be back!

Our stay was excellent! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for our group. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the beach and close to everything we needed. We were three families, and the house had plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. We had a wonderful time and definitely plan to come back!

The house was the perfect size and set up for our group. The host was very responsive for questions about the pool temperature settings even sent someone to show us how to adjust. The house is 1 block from beach access. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

The house was absolutely beautiful and clean! A short 2 minute walk to the amazing ocean. Also a short 2 minute walk to the sound side of the ocean with great morning sunrise view. We will definitely be visiting and staying at this property again. The property owner was very easy to communicate with and accommodating to us on our short 3 day stay.

Fantastic house! Tons of room and absolutely beautiful! We loved the rooms and pool and very short walking distance to the beach, only 2 mins. Really close to pickleball, trolley stops, groceries and restaurants. Amazing sunrises and and sunsets from the roof! Highly recommend.

The house was perfect for my multi-generational family trip. We had 6 kids (14-4), 3 couples and a single. We had a few issues with the hot tub/pool but Kiri was responsive and quickly got someone out to the house to address. The house was very conveniently located to the beach and public beach access. The house could use a few enhancements to really knock it out of the park - but none diminished the value of the stay. The house needs more towel racks, hooks, etc in the bathrooms. Each bathroom had a very small towel rack with no other places to hang towels since the doors are 10-12 ft tall. My family cooks most meals so with the number of people the house can accommodate, it could use more cooking and food storage options - potentially even a second frig. It could also use an outdoor shower as the hose without any concrete pad for the sand was tricky. Again, none were deal breakers but could have enhanced the stay.

Pool, hot tub and entire back patio area were perfect. Location to beach was amazing, literally one road away from a very walk friendly beach access. Bedrooms were as described, en-suite for each was great. Only negatives were it definitely needs more refrigeration for large groups and it’s not a knock on the house at all but if you are any type of night people that like to hangout by the pool after ten pm, beware they take their noise ordinance very seriously.

With a portfolio that includes over 150 homes on Anna Maria, Lido Key, Siesta Key, and Bradenton, as well as two restaurants and six hotels, my design work reflects the vibrant charm of these coastal communities. After a decade of managing homes in Anna Maria and Bradenton, I took a step back to focus on design, but I’m excited to return to home management!

Anna Maria's quaintness captivates me; it’s truly a wonderful place to create lasting memories with family and friends.
