it was water leaking from the ceiling and it was bugs all in the house I’m not sure why but that was a big problem for me . And also I couldn’t find no remote for the room in the back , Other than that it was fine .

This house was perfect for me and my two adult sons to stay for the weekend. It's close to everything and the price is unbeatable. Houston is crazy hot, but the A/C was blowing out super cold that we had to turn it up to 76. It was very pet friendly too. Spacious as well. The communication was top level. Instant response to everything I asked. As a bonus, it was well stocked with bottled water. Like a crazy amount. There was over 3 large cases of water in the fridge and pantry. Highly recommended.

Great stay in a clean and comfortable property. Everything was as listed. Great communication with host. Welcoming environment made it feel cozy. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything was clean it just had a lot of cats that kept invading the property and I’m allergic and I did see a few roaches the first day but it was descent

Not good and not clean at par with Vrbo quality.Sticky floor, bugs, unclean microwave, we wasted our money. Pet hairs on the carpet/floor.We booked for 2 nights bur checked out after 1st night. Don’t recommend this property.

I do apologize for your experience, we do host guest from different platforms, on a daily basis, the house is clean, no bugs.

Alex is amazing. Communicated quickly and efficiently. The house itself is fine, definitely not fancy but adequate. At first, the neighborhood was less than desirable. But being there on Friday and Saturday nights- no one was loud or bothered us at all. There’s no coffee pot and cooking was a challenge- but we managed. There’s like two burnt frying pans and some paper plates. We still figured it out. The garage is not useable don’t plan on parking your car inside. The beds are perfectly comfortable, we slept well. If you are expecting cute or fancy- this is not your stay. If you are expecting somewhere clean and safe to lay your head for the night- it’s perfect. Alex you need a coffee pot- thank you for being a great host.

Thanks for your stay, looking forward to hosting you again. Definitely we shall get a coffee pot!! For pans will place them where they are visible they are in one of the cabinets, those burnt ones are old once, im glad your were able to use them though. Garage we use it for storage of supplies, but we do have enough parking and secure.

This house was completely filthy. The host was called out to the home to solve the problem. He offered to clean it but it was already 7:30 pm. He then offered us to stay the night for free until we found another place to stay. We didn’t stay. I told him I had to have a shower before heading to the hospital for our son’s medical procedure and I was not taking one in the filth. Very frustrated and haven’t received a refund as of 3 days later. We were out the money to get another place to stay. What do people do if they need another place to stay and have already counted out for the stay and don’t have the extra? Frustrated with this host and VRBO both. The inconvenience this caused us and the hassle we had to go through to get this approved to be refunded was ridiculous. We had tons of pics to show support when we called. They even agreed it was unacceptable yet left it to the host to decide if they would refund us or if we were going to have to fight it. The host blamed the conditions of the home on another VRBO rental that he stated had a Halloween party there. I would argue that since the filth on the light switches are in the pics of the home listed on vrbo. Zoom in to switches before it gets pixelated and screenshot it and zoom in more. You will see that was like that before then. Also we had 3 people staying 3nites and we had 3towels . No working washer or dryer. There is NO cleaners, kitchen towels, rags, dish soap. 1 sm. pot and 2 sm. skillets. All kitchenware was paper

Again, sorry for the frustration. The house wasn't filthy as my guest depicted they explained there situation i did offer full refund, the stain on the switch was cleaned. We do have enough towels i had told my guest where they are. For washer and dryer is available and working. I had removed the dryer to be cleaned for some reasons my previous guest had a Halloween i guess they dried their clothes mixed rubber or balloons.

It was a good place to get some rest. Not super fancy, but all we needed was somewhere to sleep at night for a few nights. I would stay here again.

Communicating with a host was a priority and that part was a success. The house was in a sketchy area but seemed safe and was very quiet and the neighbors seemed to keep to themselves. The amenities at the house were great. Host provided lots of water bottles which was very nice. I’ve could have done without the occasional baby roaches we saw but otherwise it was pretty good
