Nice place!

We had a large group of adults and this house was perfect. The pool and spa was great and enough room for everyone. Will stay again.

Nice property at a great location

This house was perfect for our large group and in a great location. Two of the bedrooms are on the first floor which was needed to accommodate two guests with limited walking capabilities. Great location, beautifully decorated, lots of rooms and owners are easy to communicate with.

Happy family

It was very clean, my family enjoyed the home away from home. They loved the heated pool and jacuzzi. The resort was very clean and well maintained. We got there and was amazed and felt very safe. Definitely a nice area.

Clean, spacious, great location, large pool, and great neighborhood.

We very much enjoyed our 10 days staying here. The kids loved the pool, and we all love having the large space for everyone. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Everything was clean and all the appliances worked.

Comfortable for a large group

Property was clean and comfortable. It accomodated out large group very well. Was conveniently located in a nice gated community. My family had a blast in the pool. Would definitely book here again.

Great house - would stay again

This house has so much room! It’s easy to get to and close to hwy 192. The house shows a little wear and tear but nothing to complain about. The bed I slept in was more comfortable than a lot of rentals I’ve used.

Do not stay here. Extremely outdated. Everything is broken or about to break. TVs are from early 2000 in most rooms. Refrigerator missing shelves and not very clean. Paint falling the walls in most of the rooms. The game room is not a game room. The pool table is a bump from falling over. The washer sounded like it had boulders inside of it knocking around. Please don’t stay here. I can go on. No go!!

Family Reunion

Amazing location. My large family of 15 had an amazing time. Rooms had nice accommodations. Pool was nice after our long days at the theme parks. Nice that the house was in the mist of all the attractions but tucked away so as to not have to deal with the hassle. I would definitely rent this place again. Host was responsive and was accomidating.

Perfect

Home was as advertised. We were three families and had plenty of room!! The house was clean and we used all of it. Pool and spa used daily! Couple of pool tournaments!!

The house need new furniture. We did a lot of cleaning. The appliances are old and the microwave door handle was off. Need upgrade and painting inside.

Nice!

Our family of 12 had plenty of room and we were very comfortable! It’s about a 15 minute drive to Disney parks, but it wasn’t bad at all. The neighborhood was quiet and there was a park right across the street from the house so that was great for my two year old nieces. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with the older kiddos as well!

great experience

We had a great experience, very personable and helpful staff. easy to communicate and was a smooth transactions. Large house, accommodate our entire family. wood floors throughout, nice pool. they updated to 8 bedrooms after we were there so now there is more bedrooms.

Golf week

The property was fine for our needs. The pool heater was not turned on as requested and I have asked for a 2 day 60 credit. The BBQ was inadequate.

Great location, villa could use some TLC

Really great location, very easy to get to Disney parks and local restaurants and shops. The information sent by the owners for access to Emerald Isle resort was wrong, they gave us a gate code and the property has not used a gate code in over a year, we had to pay $20 per vehicle and register each vehicle with the resort. The house was fine, beds were comfortable but the furniture and interior paint could use some updating. Overall we had a good stay.

The resort just started using a new guest registration. Resort (not owners) charges $20 per car. It has been always there. We do not like it but it's the resort's decision - not our fault.

Needs a deep cleaning, kitchen table chairs wobbles, unsafe, esp. for children.

Nice area, needs cleaning, sofa repair, replace kitchen chairs, repair heater for spa, or state heater is not available. Otherwise it would have been much better.

Very large house, well equipped with all that it is needed

Ann/ Gary were very quick to respond every time. We had an issue with pool heating so we couldn't use it. Manager never responded. however, after emailing owners, response was quick as always and a refund for the pool heating fees was granted. Great owners, managers, not so great. Yet we had a great experience. Definitively would go back.

Very limited kitchen equipment. One burner on the stove doesn’t work. Another is on high, regardless of what it is set on. No pots and pans that are big enough to feed the crowd the house will hold. Upon arrival refrigerator had not been cleaned. Food and dishes from the previous guest were still in there. One tv upstairs did not work. No hand mixer, or any other small appliances, other than toaster and coffee pot. Limited utensils and dishes. There are a couple pot holders, but they are dirty with holes in them. There is no broom. The location eas great, but we had to soend alot of money buying what we needed yo be able to use the kitchen for our family. The handle on the microwave is still broken, as it was in previous reviews. The freezer continuously gets frozen shut. Multiple shelves in the refrigerator are broken, or close to it. The house needs updating and restocked in order for it to be more comfortable for large families.

Horrible

Several things were wrong with this house, when contacting the owner and property manager it took several days to get the pool heated, but nothing else was even looked at. There were bugs, broken glass hanging over beds, bathrooms didn’t lock, damaged walls in every room, mold, zero mention of paying to park, etc. by far the worst experience I have had staying at installs islands, and put a bad reputation for a nice area.

Out dated

The furniture was so old in the living room, too afraid to sit on sofa, had pillows under the pillows to hold it up. The game room was a hazard, pool table had a big split,barely standing up. Had to wash all linens before going to sleep. No household cleaning items to start with. The house was a overall disaster. Furniture look like it was found on the side of the street and placed in house. For a quick rent.

Dissapointed

Unfortunately i was very disappointed in this house. The furniture made me feel like i was in a fraternity house. Once in the couch you can't get out. Bedding was stained and bring your own sheets! They were so old. In fact bring everything. House simply isn't inviting. Pool table is a joke. One short pool cue. Hot tub was to be heated but was not the entire week and had to argue to get my money back. Great location for Disney. That was the bright point. Short Uber ride and great neighborhood with a park across the street. Very basic home with lots of basic beds.

Don't believe the reviews

We were a bit worried about the reviews! If you are looking for luxury, this isn't it. However, it is a beautiful property that is able to accommodate large groups. We felt it could use a deep cleaning, but it was clean enough and we are aware we are visiting during a cery demanding time. Yes, the furniture is a bit run down and pool table is torn (didnt bother our kids...but if you are a pool shark it might)....but proves it is a popular spot to stay. The pool was fantastic after hot days at the parks, but in reality the kids would have been jusy as happy to stay and swim all day! Location is phenomenal and size of house made us feel like we each had a space to run to and rest. I went in with low expectations and was pleasantly surprised. I did inquire about the reviews and got no response, but again I review the homes we choose based on our own experience. This home went above our expectations and we would choose to stay here again!
