This is our second time staying in this unit.. Love the open space and short distance to the beach.. The bars and restaurants within walking distance is amazing. Looking forward to coming back soon!

We loved this condo so much. It was the perfect size for our extended family. It was located right on the beach which made our beach days so easy. It was clean and had everything we needed. 10/10

Great quick beach getaway!

What a great place to stay! Everything was perfect and just as expected and so spacious! Perfect location to beach and restaurants! And just a short drive to Charleston and Mount Pleasant for more things to do! Would definitely want to stay here again!

The condo was the perfect place for our family vacation with amazing views of the beach. Everything you need is right there- grocery store is a short drive and restaurants and bars are walking distance. Overall, perfect place for fun and relaxation!

Beautiful view of the sunrise over the ocean every day! Easy access to the beach from the condo. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The Special treats were enjoyed by All! We can't wait to return next year!!!

Great Weekend Getaway

Great stay at IOP

My family had a wonderful stay at this condo. Roomy and beautifully furnished with very easy access to the pool and beach. Would definitely want to stay there again.

So enjoyable and relaxing.

We stayed at Ocean Pearl over Soring Break. Three generations of family and all enjoyed! Days on the beach followed by evenings on the balcony made for fun and relaxation.

The Beach view was unobstructed. The furniture on the porch is comfortable and we were able to bring out extra fans to assist with cooling us off in the afternoons. The condo was very comfortable for the 7 of us:)We are all planning to come back next year.

The condo was spacious and clean. The location was excellent. We were in walking distance to great restaurants, groceries, gas, shops and nightlife. We had three couples in our group and it was perfect. The only disadvantage was the jack and jill bathroom with two of the bedrooms. It had 3 doors connecting to the bathroom which made it difficult to use that bathroom. It was very awkward, because the doors kept closing on you as you got ready. You had to constantly close one of the doors to access the other doors. I suggest pocket doors or remove the door to the shower part of the bathroom. Also the living room air vent in the ceiling dripped water onto the carpet and had water damage around the vent. The dining room ceiling vent also had water damage as well. I notified the owner and they were very concerned with my observation. Hopefully they will fix both areas after our stay. The balcony was huge and accommodated all of us really well. There is a pier located nearby, but after I later researched it I found out that it is NOT open to the public. This should have been disclosed in the description of the area on the condo site. We were very disappointed. One last suggestion would be to not put the guests towels on the foot of the bed. That is one of the dirtiest places to put clean towels. We had to wash the towels and washcloths before we used them which was a big inconvenience for all of us. Overall we had a great stay and the communication with the owners was amazing!

Recent high end renovations made this property very attractive. Need to able to do stairs; there’s four levels.
