Over 1100 sq ft condo is the floor plan of the 3 bedrooms without the extra room so it has a lot more space including a larger kitchen and bedrooms than other 2 bedrooms condos. Beach and ocean views from balcony. Located across from Memorial Park with playground, sand volleyball, and tennis.

Updates needed

Overall, everything was just OK. The shower curtain was rusty and cheap. The bathrooms look very dated. The TVs definitely need an upgrade. My suggestion would be to get rid of cable save your money and buy new TVs that are smart TVs and everyone can log into their own streaming, you could not login to any streaming because the TVs were so old overall just needs to be updated and spruce up if you’re looking for high-end this was not it.

Anniversary Party

It was fabulous and just what my husband and I needed. We invited my sisters-in-law as well since the three of them had grown up in this area. Love the accommodations.

Great Location

The condo location is great especially its proximity to The Deck restaurant on the beach. Having a parking garage was also really nice. The condo itself had great amenities, but the rooms and furniture are outdated.

Unit was okay, a bit rundown. Oven wouldn’t bake but the broiler worked. Toaster oven didn’t toast but would bake. Bathrooms are dated and could use a deep clean. Beds were comfy. Pool and restaurant were great.

2024 Tybee Trip

The kids loved the pools and access to the beach was so convenient with all of their beach toys :) the restaurant has delicious food and you can’t beat the convenience of it being so close. The condo was nice and spacious. Another great trip!

Excellent location

We had a great time staying here. Proximity to the beach is great, just steps outside and you are dipping your toes in the sand. Newly renovated pool is great for kids… on the smaller side and can get crowded in the afternoons. The on site restaurant, the Deck, is fantastic. We ate there everyday and still wanted to go back. The food and service were great and the food prices were very reasonable. The condo was great for our family of four. Everything was as described. It’s an older building and older unit but everything is functional. You can see the ocean from the balcony. Overall, highly recommend this place.

Great room. Spacious. Close to the parking deck, beach, and Pool. Check in couldn't have been more simple. Room was exactly as stated in listing. We plan to rent again next year.

First, you need to know The that the property Manager had nothing to do with our condo rental, Although she was helpful. Condo is in the hands of a realtor who we eventually were able to get in contact with. The door entry to the condo needs to be replaced. It was very difficult to open and close. We enjoyed the location of Colony Beachside. The two pools were useful and the deck restaurant was a added amenity. Overall we had a satisfactory experience.

Perfect location to enjoy the beach and pool.

Best location in the middle of the island. Perfect spot for walking the shore or sitting reading on the beach. Close to grocery shopping and restaurants. Very comfortable condo for 2 couples with all the amenities we needed.

Beautiful location close to beach

Perfect location for our family to visit Tybee Island. Kitchen was fully equipped and we appreciated the washer/dryer so I’m not going home to a bunch of laundry. The kids enjoyed the heated pool as well.
