Includes security system, wifi, weekly lawn maintenance and weekly garbage pick up service

Tenant is responsible for electricity

Refundable Security deposit of $3000

Renter is responsible for electricity in off season (September-June 1st)

We fully enjoyed our five night stay in this unique property. The view is unmatched and in addition to being spotlessly clean the home is beautifully decorated with many thoughtful touches that make it very vacation friendly. 10/10 recommended!!

Clean, comfortable home with wonderful outdoor seating and spectacular waterfront view. Erin is a terrific and responsive host whose attention to detail makes for a very pleasant guest experience with lots of unexpected extras. Highly recommend this property.

This home is a magical gem on the bay! I want to share with everyone but also keep it to myself. It’s just that special! Erin has taken great care to make sure her guests have everything they need but also really lovely and unique touches throughout the property. We had the most delightful stay and can wait to return!

Had a fantastic stay here. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, beautiful view of the water and an awesome place to catch a sunset. The host was absolutely amazing — friendly, personable, and quick to respond. Location was convenient and close to pretty much everything we wanted to do. Check-in and check-out were very easy. The house was a perfect size for us (2 adults and our dog), well maintained and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the little blue house. It was perfect for my husband. It was near everything and far away to relax and enjoy the beautiful water. All the comforts of home for us and our two small dogs. My husband is tall so the bed in the blue lighted room was a little small. We would love to stay there again. Thank you for sharing your sweet home.

My stay was absolutely perfect. My host, Erin, was very accommodating and responsive. The house is fun, spotless, and the neighborhood is quiet. You may witness deer coming by from time to time, outdoor games and activities where readily available. It was better than I anticipated. Highly recommend Erin and this house.
