Bare bones but great location and views. Train goes from airport directly to property…extremely convenient. Short walk to rocket arena, progressive field and casino

It was a great place. Location was great. It was great to have places to eat right in the same place as the apartment. It was clean and tidy and large. The parking details were a little bit unclear and we ended up parking somewhere else because it appeared the parking was far away.

The location was great, the place was decent but needed cleaned a little better. Stains on the coach so we sat on towels. Windows were filthy so the beautiful view was not as wonderful as it could have been. It was a cute place to stay and served its purpose but would have liked a little more prompt responses and communication so there wasn’t as much confusion on our end.

Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the great location and views. We’re glad the space overall suited your trip, Lynn. We’re sorry to hear parts of the unit did not meet your expectations. Upholstery and window cleanliness are both items we take seriously, and your comments have been shared with our housekeeping team for additional attention and inspection. Had we been notified during your stay, we would have gladly arranged a touch-up clean or other assistance right away. We also appreciate your note about communication. We continuously work to improve our response times and clarity so guests feel fully supported throughout their stay. Thank you again for your stay and for sharing your experience.

The property was very dirty and smelled of smoke. It had not been vacummed and did not look like the pictures. the management was responsive, and sent some supplies in the evening but I still had to wash all the sheets and towels because they were dirty.
