To clarify, the property operates on bottled gas due to the there being no gas lines in the area. During your stay, the primary gas bottle did run out. Our after-hours team guided you through switching to the reserve bottle, which restored hot water within approximately 10 minutes. We understand this brief disruption may have been an inconvenience, though most guests typically manage this process without any difficulty. We regret that we were not contacted regarding any kitchen cleanliness concerns on your arrival or during your stay, as we would have promptly resolved them. Our housekeeping team takes great pride in maintaining high standards, and we certainly would have addressed this at the time had we been given the opportunity. Regarding the air conditioning, the units in the bedrooms have been inspected and are functioning properly. We feel it’s important to note that while your experience may not have fully met your expectations, your comments about the property not having hot water and air conditioning in multiple rooms are not reflective of the property’s standard condition or typical guest experience.
