The host might want to mention the 20 flight of stairs to bathroom and bedrooms. It makes it hard for people with mobility issues. NO hot water, the host made sound like I didn't know how to turn the hot water on.Im not 8.

We’re sorry to hear this, Steve. The listing clearly discloses the stairs so guests can determine whether the home suits their mobility needs. Unfortunately, the hot-water concern was reported only after checkout, so we had no opportunity to assist during the stay. Maintenance inspected the unit afterward and confirmed the hot water was working properly.

The location is very convenient to CSU and greater downtown Cleveland. There’s ample garage parking all around, and it’s no issue that the unit doesn’t come with parking. Communication with the host is very good. The building is on the older side, and the lobby, stairwell and halls have a sour smell that I couldn’t place. The unit is spacious, but it needs a deep clean. It reminded me of a unit a bunch of college guys would be happy to share.
