Beautifully designed, 208 B Shipwatch, is highlighted with a wonderful oceanfront balcony, a completely renovated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances as well as upgraded bathrooms!

The interior of this great condominium will delight you and your family throughout your vacation. The foyer, kitchen, dining, and living area have all been renovated and feature new tile flooring, new appliances, granite countertops and counter-height bar stools for extra seating. The well-stocked, gourmet kitchen is perfect for putting together a meal of fresh seafood that you may purchase from the local docks near this ideal vacation destination. The dining room table will be able to welcome your entire family, with seating for six. After a day swimming in the sea or the spacious pool, your family will enjoy relaxing in the living room or out on the private, oceanfront balcony, which also overlooks the pool and is accentuated by wonderful furnishings.

Shipwatch 208B features three bedrooms and each one boasts its own full bath! The first bedroom highlights two double beds with a recently renovated bathroom. The second bedroom has a new king bed and mattress with a new vanity and fixtures in the bathroom. The master bedroom, with oceanfront views and direct access to the balcony, also features a new king bed and mattress and an amazing renovated private bath. The living area provides additional bedding with a sleeper sofa.

Shipwatch At Wild Dunes is a fantastic condominium community and one of the best maintained at Wild Dunes. Featuring one of the largest pools on the island, a bonus children's pool and a travertine tile surface, the Shipwatch swimming complex is one of the best. Other features offered at Shipwatch include a beach gazebo with an observation deck, complimentary Wi-Fi service, manicured lawns, and one of only two playgrounds within Wild Dunes. Only while staying at Shipwatch can your children swing or play on a teeter totter as you look out towards the Atlantic.

Finally, as a guest at Wild Dunes, your family will be able to enjoy precision golf at the Wild Dunes Harbor Golf Course, the world-famous Wild Dunes Links Golf Course, the Sand and Sea Spa, bicycle rentals, and several restaurants (seasonal) located on site.

- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- A sleeper sofa is available in the living room as an additional sleeping option.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Shipwatch pool is unheated and open year-round from 9:00 AM to dusk.
- Golf carts and LSVs are not permitted at this complex.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Golf carts are not allowed at this complex.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Shipwatch pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.
