There are just a few things to note prior to booking your stay at Ridgeline Retreat:

• The area is home to bears, coyotes, hawks, eagles, insects, and neighboring dogs and cats—awareness of wildlife and neighbors is needed and all are to be respected.
• It is our utmost priority to keep the home clean and comfortable. We regularly spray the perimeter of the home with organic insecticides, but please keep in mind you are staying in a natural setting where wildlife is part of the experience. Some wildlife may enter the home despite our efforts.
• Wild and unruly parties are absolutely prohibited.
• We take extra measures to sanitize ALL beddings (including pillows) with enhanced steam sanitation between each guest.
• Your safety matters. The property is monitored by Ring doorbell security cameras and recording devices at the front entrance, garage side door, and back garden doors for security purposes. Rest assured that the cameras do not look into interior spaces or the hot tub area, as we respect your safety and privacy.
• Check-in is flexible anytime after 4PM.
