Very Spacious

The property is very spacious and fit our whole group very comfortably. They had a crib set up in one of the rooms, which was great since we had our 2 year old with us. They have a lot of rules to follow and we were not allowed to use the amenities during our stay because of an issue the property owner had to resolve with the association which was a bit of a bummer. They are also very strict about who drives into the property, they only let you list 3 drivers and only they can drive into the property so if you have more than 3 adults make sure only the listed drivers are driving the vehicles. The property came with a bit more hassle than I would have hoped for but overall it was a pleasant stay.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're delighted to hear that the property's spacious layout comfortably accommodated your entire group, and we're pleased that the crib in one of the rooms added to the convenience of your stay, especially with a 2-year-old in tow. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced regarding the limitations on amenities during your stay. Regarding the strict policy on drivers, The resort that your home was located in does have a firm access policy in place to ensure the security and safety of all guests within the resort. Additionally, the limitation on the number of listed drivers and vehicles allowed on the property is to manage parking availability and streamline the overall experience. We understand that these measures may seem stringent, but they are designed to enhance the overall enjoyment and security of everyone within the resort. We value your overall positive impression of your stay and hope that, despite the challenges, you were able to enjoy the property and your time with us. Thank you again for choosing our property, and we hope to welcome you back for an even more seamless experience in the future.

The townhouse itself was spacious enough for our family but if I had to critique something it would be that it needs updated. The cookware was dated and the pillows on the couches were stained. The clubhouse was hard to get in and out of, in fact we were told we weren't allowed in at first but we could anyway because of the holiday. It was embarrassing to be held up like that and not to mention the bag search which seemed to be random. Anyway, other than the traffic, crowds and that extremely slippery mat on the pool deck we enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for your stay. We're sorry to hear your experience did not meet the expectations we strive for. Thank you for bringing these to our attention so we may have the cookware and pillows addressed. We're also sorry to hear about your experience at the clubhouse. Holiday weekends can be a busier time bringing in more crowds than usual when there's such a high demand. The resort does the best they can to manage the crowds and allow for a safe experience for all.

Feels like Home

The property manager was responsive to our needs. Nice setup for a family. Wish there were ceiling fans in the bedrooms and that the property managers left extra garbage bags for the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. It would be nice to have beach towels for the pool.
