The living room is thoughtfully furnished with a cozy seating area, a TV for your entertainment, and a dining table—perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals together. Floor-to-ceiling windows open onto a furnished balcony, offering a comfortable spot to unwind against the Dubai Skyline & partial Burj Khalifa views.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances, cookware, and crockery to meet all your culinary needs. A washer is also provided for your convenience.
The bedroom features a comfortable King-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep, along with ample storage space.
The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.
Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. The apartment is set in the heart of Business Bay, one of Dubai’s most dynamic neighbourhoods, offering a perfect mix of convenience and lifestyle.
Not too far from the beautiful waterfront promenade Guests can enjoy the Dubai canal ideal for relaxing walks. The area is also home to a variety of restaurants and cafés, making dining out both convenient and enjoyable. Fitness and wellness facilities are also close by, perfect for those who like to stay active during their stay.
For dining options, popular spots such as Vyne Restaurant & Bar, Basta, and My Square Restaurant are just a short walk away. Everyday essentials are also covered, with All Day Minimart and Katrina Store conveniently located nearby.
You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.
Burj Khalifa metro station and business Bay metro station are both a 10 min cab ride away.
DXB Airport is 20-25 minutes away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 15 minutes away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 25 minutes away by car.
Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Please note that late check-ins after 21:00 are subject to a surcharge of AED 150. This fee must be paid in advance to ensure a smooth and seamless check-in process.
Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before your arrival, which we must upload to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED X per night.
Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to make sure we deliver our property in the best quality and on time. We hope you will consider this, respect the checkout time, and remain fair to the next guests.
Housekeeping, laundry, airport transfers, and other services are offered during your stay. Please note that additional charges apply.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge an AED 1800 smoking fee at a minimum.
