The view and the location are phenomenal. Unfortunately, the rest is not so much. The pictures look a lot better than the property in person. The pictures must be a few years old. The fridge is really loud. Something is wrong with the freezer. It needs remodeling and a really good cleaning. The place is pretty old and run-down, and it wasn't very clean. A high chair and some toys would be a great addition for families. I don't know how it has a 9.4 rating. Please see attached pictures.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this guest as my cleaning crew reported multiple damages in the condo caused by him. I'm not sure what this guest is trying to say by taking random, zoomed in pictures of arbitrary things. Yes, my condo is not new construction. There will be signs of usage here and there. But I can assure you the condo is clean and a great value compared to other hotels and condos around the area. I never heard from this guest during his stay, and had he stated it was not clean, I would've had my cleaners go out ASAP to address it. Please take this review as a grain of salt as I have dozens of other 5 star reviews from my guests this summer.

This condominium was absolutely perfect for our family! The location is stunning—the white sand beach and crystal-clear water made everything feel like a dream. It was such a relaxing and beautiful place to stay.A special thank you to Fred for being so responsive and answering all of my questions right away. We truly appreciated it and would love to come back!

Great Location and superb for a family vacation the pool and the beach make it perfect

Great Location

I stayed here for a wedding weekend and it was great. Owner is very timely with responses and check-in was very simple. Located right on the beach with great amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay at Miramar Beach

Very good stay at this property. Convenient beach access, setup provided with a small fee for umbrellas and beach chairs. Property was clean and all was as expected, no complaints!

Loud pounding because neighbor was putting in new flooring the whole week. Master bed sheets were too small for bed so the fitted sheet kept coming off mattressGood view, clean and spacious

Fantastic Beach Getaway

My recent stay here was fantastic. The ocean views from the balcony were stunning, and the condo was clean and well-decorated with all modern amenities. Being steps away from the beach made for perfect morning strolls and sunset views. The location was ideal, with great nearby restaurants and shops. Highly recommend for a luxurious beach getaway!

Fantastic

This property is safe and beautiful. It's basically it's own little community. The pools are lovely and the ocean is right next to the condo. All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful.

Wonderful place to stay!

Condo was fabulous, Two small issues the maintenance crew should look in to...the refrigerator has a small continuous leak and the light assembly on the fan in the master bedroom is loose and wobbly.

The property, condo, pool and beach were very nice, I would recommend with warning... The room had not been cleaned by our 4pm check in time. With information from the check in instructions, I contacted the property management company only to find out they do not manage THAT Tides condo. After a few attempts I was able to get in touch with the owner. He handled the situation, but the condo was not ready until 7:25pm. The upper pool requires a green wristband, which are in the condo, however, there were only 3. There were 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids); the security person checking wristbands let us know next time we need to have one for each of us. The lower pool is open to everyone and has a poolside bar, however, you have to have a blue wristband, or they will NOT sell to you. The property has a booth at the end of the pier to the beach to rent umbrellas and chair for approx 70 a day, they take up the majority of the beach space. If you take your own umbrella it MUST be the tradition style beach umbrella no other (sunshade/canopy) is allowed. Be certain your parking pass is showing at ALL times when your car is parked on this GATED property! Ours fell behind the windshield shade for part of one day and the security person placed an approx 5x7 tow warning STICKER on the driver window. We almost never got sticky peeled sticker residue off! I read the reviews to know what I'm getting so I hope this helps someone.

Yearly Florida Trip

My daughter and I have stayed at Tops'l resorts before but this was our first time in this condo. We had a great experience. The communication was great, the condo was clean, the view was beautiful, and the check-out list was easy to follow.

Great stay in Destin

My wife, I and our 3 kids rented this condo and loved it. Its right on the beach with two pools; the condo itself was so open and roomy with a great view. We didn't have any issues, but did call the owerns with some questions and they were more than helpful. Apparently they have a few other units in the same building; will definitely stay with them again,

Great for all ages

Great location for everyone in the family. Safe for all ages to be active. Kids loved pickleball and basketball courts close to condo. Room was perfect for family of 6. We didn’t use signed since bunks fit all. Loved oversized porch with plenty of room. Chair service on beach was easy and there was plenty of room at pool deck too! Owner responded quickly to questions. Great week away!

Beautiful beach view from 8th floor. Do have to peak around bldg but waves sound great and you can see much of beach. Patio furniture comfortable and larrge.2 bedrrom condo vomfy Owner very helpful for any questions.

Great location, easy access to the beach.

The condo was comfortable and in a great location. We appreciated the size and layout of the space. The patio area was very large and offered a wonderful view. The unit could benefit from a little updating, I.e. broken tile in patio table, master bath cabinets are peeling their laminate, master bedroom mattress is very hard. Overall the unit is in good condition and we would stay here again. The kitchen was lovely and well stocked. A great place for a weekend getaway.
