Lovely 1940's farm house only 18 min (13 Miles) from Asheville. House is snuggled between three mountains on 136 acres of Farm Land and Forest. Note this is a working farm so you will have the potential to see Cows/Chickens. Large back yard for familys, including a fire pit in season. We rent the house vacation rental to continue to keep the original farm house in good shape for the future.

We enjoyed our trip to Ashville and the Biltmore! The 80 mile drive on the BlueRidge Parkway was beautiful. We enjoyed a Grayline Trolley tour in Asheville to end our stay at the lovely farm house in Weaverville. The accommodations were perfect like home away from home. We truly felt like we were home when we got back from our adventures. Rodney our host made us welcome and gave us a quick walk through and answered any questions we had. He provided his phone number if we had questions/concerns. Perfect Host!

Host was friendly but not at all intrusive. Home was very clean, looked just like the photos. Good internet, good AC. Everyone very welcoming, even the cows :) Fire pit stocked with wood, little details like sugar, coffee pods, dish soap, etc all available and easy to find. Great and relaxing stay! We look forward to repeating in the future! Thank you!

A beautiful agrarian setting with a 10-15 minute drive to all manner of shopping in greater Weaverville, NC.

Peaceful and Spectacular

We have stayed at the property for the past three years and with each visit we love it more. Location is wonderful to whatever you would like to do. The host is beyond welcoming and the property is super clean. Highly recommend and we plan on going back very soon!

Second stay here

This was the second time my dad and I have stayed at the farm. It’s so peaceful and calming. I couldn’t ask for a better place to spend time. Rodney is a terrific host and a pleasure to talk with. I highly recommend staying here.

Rodney was a wonderful host, we really enjoyed staying at his beautiful place and meeting him. We are looking forward to renting this place again next time we come and play in the Asheville area.

Clean rooms, excellent host, quiet farming community, 20 mins from Asheville, what's not to love about this place! Rented this place for a couple of nights as a solo traveler. The check-in process was super easy. Rodney dropped by in the evening to introduce himself and show me the layout. He was super friendly. The rooms were clean and had everything that I would need. I thought that the beds were a little too soft for my liking but your mileage may vary. I got a chance to drive to Asheville a couple of times, go for long drives on the Blue Ridge Parkways (about 15 mins from the place) and go on a couple of couple of really nice hikes in the mountains. The place is ideal for a couple or a family of 4. I would highly recommend this place.

Nice Weekend Getaway

Everything was great. Pictures were accurate, host was communicative, and we had everything we needed and more. A perfect location to enjoy downtown Weaverville but close enough to Asheville to enjoy it as well. Will be back.

A beautiful relaxing Retreat

The house and property are beautiful and Rodney is super nice. Great communication throughout the stay. However, do note, that the bedroom and bathroom doors have trouble latching. Overall a great experience.

Awesome clean house

This quaint clean house up in the holler was peaceful and quiet. The owner lives close by and stopped in to say hello. Rodney was very professional and very likable. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location farm house

Stayed here on our babymoon from Texas! Rodney was very accommodating and let us check in several hours early. The house was well stocked, very clean and has everything we needed. Great views. Close to the little town for coffee, food and just close enough to ashville to drive for the day. We also did multiple hikes around the area. Overall great stay. Would stay again!

Beautiful Farm and home!

We loved this place! The family farmland spanning 7 generations was beautiful! Rolling hills, horses and a small stream just across the road. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed and then some. Rodney was quick to respond and helped us out when we needed assistance. We will definitely be staying again.
