NORTHFORK COTTAGE with POOL & HOT TUB

100 year old barn with old charm is located in the middle of the beautiful Northfork.
The cottage sits on the back of 1.2 acres, and is surrounded by peaceful scenery of open fields. It has a lovely balcony with table and chairs overlooking the gunite pool (fenced), the hottub, large table and chairs with the BBQ (gas), outdoor seating area by the fire, and fantastic view. Upon entry, downstairs boosts a large room with 2 queen pull out sofas, a full bath. Upstairs you will find another pull out sofa, large room with ceiling beams, built in bookshelves, full kitchen, Washer/Dryer, and large dining table.
there is also an outdoor shower in the back of the cottage.

Lovely Historic NOFO Home

This is a lovely, historic home in Southold. The house is huge and perfect for groups. Since there is a separate little suite with a kitchen and its own bathroom and several upstairs bedrooms connect, it would be very ideal for a family reunion or 2-3 families vacationing together. The house itself is historic and has a lot of old world charm mixed with modern amenities. The hot tub and fire pit are great for late nights! The kitchen is very well appointed for cooking. I loved drinking coffee at the breakfast nook in the sun room while looking out at the fall foliage. The owner is great with communication. The house itself is just under a mile from the Greenport Peconic brewery, and within 2 miles there are several amazing wineries. I can’t say enough about what a lovely girls’ weekend we had. Even though it is on a main road, it felt private due to the landscaping. The beds and couch are so comfortable. This house exceeded our expectations in every way. You will definitely enjoy your stay here!

Great location and home

Enjoyed a weekend here with 7 friends! Andrew was very easy to communicate with and check in/out was simple. Home was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Close to many wineries and 10-15 minute car ride to Greenport restaurants. Although noise from the main road is audible, the property still felt very private - we enjoyed fire pit in backyard and fit 5 cars in driveway easily. Would absolutely stay here again.

Better than advertised!

We had a great stay here for a last-minute family vacation. Andrew was responsive and accommodating. The house was clean and nicely stocked with all the basics as well as some nice extras (charcoal for the bbq, firewood for the pit & a welcoming bottle of wine!). If anything, the pool and yard was even nicer than the photos indicated.

Beautiful Property on the North Fork

My family and I had a great stay at this property. It is in a great location, convenient to a lot of North Fork attractions, and the pool and grounds were beautiful. The host made check-in easy and was flexible about us arriving a little early.

Great Find on North Folk

The grounds around this property were great. Fantastic pool and gorgeous lilac bushes that attracted beautiful butterflies. We had a great time just hanging out at the house. Great stay!

Exceeded Expectations

This property is even more beautiful in person than the photos could show. My sisters and I stayed here for a chill Bachelorette weekend. The house is very spacious and incredibly clean. Andrew was quick to reply throughout the booking process and our stay. He even had a bottle of rosé waiting for us in the fridge. Incredibly close to wineries, beach, and downtown Greenport. We booked a car service to get to Greenport since Ubers are sparse here. I definitely recommend calling and booking a car in advance if you/people you’re with don’t plan to drive. We’re already planning to return to this property for another weekend away. Can’t say enough great things.

Very pleasant experience

We stayed with our 4 year old and our dog for three nights- we had good summer weather, enjoyed the pool and home. The host was great - answered all our questions prior to our arrival as well as greeted us when we drove in. The property is close to many wineries, restaurants are about 5 minutes away. Overall- we had a great time and would go back again.

Weekend Away

Property was nice. Pool and hot tub were immaculately clean. My only complaint is that it was not advertised for the size it was. I was traveling with 2 couples and it wasn’t ideal that we only had one bathroom and one bedroom. The photos were deceiving and I just assumed that the second bathroom was not photographed. However, outdoor shower came in handy. Nice central location. Andrew greeted us at check in and had a cold bottle of rosè waiting for us.

Beautiful property convenient to all North Fork attractions.

My entire family enjoyed their stay. The kids loved the pool and the adults enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. The home and property was beautiful. The fire pit was great at night. The lighting in the pool and hot tub was a nice touch. The location was so convenient, close to Bedell winery where we attended my niece's wedding. Greenport so close to venture to. Andrew was so friendly and accomodating. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the beautiful north fork of Long Island. Thanks Andrew!

A special place

We had a great weekend at Andrew’s house. He is such a lovely host and greeted us with a tour of the house and property. Relaxing and well equipped!

I had a very enjoyable and relaxing personal retreat at this lovely space. The proximity to all the North Fork delights (food, vineyards, views) is great, and it’s also very quiet and a calm place to spend some time resting. I hope to come back again in the warmer months to enjoy the pool, but the hot tub was fabulous and the furniture and decor of the cottage was warm and had everything we needed to have a nice stay. Thanks for sharing this lovely place for New Years 2022!

Pool heated to your liking and has an automatic pool cover and light for night time swimming.
This pool is filled with salt water ( not chlorine) and it feels as if you are swimming in a lake. Beautiful!
