NORTHFORK COTTAGE with POOL & HOT TUB

100 year old barn with old charm is located in the middle of the beautiful Northfork.
The cottage sits on the back of 1.2 acres, and is surrounded by peaceful scenery of open fields. It has a lovely balcony with table and chairs overlooking the gunite pool (fenced), the hottub, large table and chairs with the BBQ (gas), outdoor seating area by the fire, and fantastic view. Upon entry, downstairs boosts a large room with 2 queen pull out sofas, a full bath. Upstairs you will find another pull out sofa, large room with ceiling beams, built in bookshelves, full kitchen, Washer/Dryer, and large dining table.
there is also an outdoor shower in the back of the cottage.

A Great Place To Relax

Beautiful Property on the North Fork

My family and I had a great stay at this property. It is in a great location, convenient to a lot of North Fork attractions, and the pool and grounds were beautiful. The host made check-in easy and was flexible about us arriving a little early.

Great Find on North Folk

The grounds around this property were great. Fantastic pool and gorgeous lilac bushes that attracted beautiful butterflies. We had a great time just hanging out at the house. Great stay!

Wonderful getaway

The house is adorable and the pool is simply divine! The property is sprawling and close to the beaches. We really enjoyed out getaway and can't say enough how amazing the pool is--the saltwater makes a huge difference, it is simply delightful.

Our favorite home away from home!

Had a nice stay at this property. It is worth noting that there is another house on the property where the owner lives/stays so it is not 100% private. He was very nice but I do think it is worth mentioning.

Fantastic place for a girls weekend

The property is very cute and the pool and fire pit are a fantastic plus. The owner was extremely nice and extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend this place and would stay again. However, it is best to have a car; the car services in the area are unreliable.

Excellent North Fork Pool Vacation for the Kids!

We just returned from a very relaxing week staying at Vera's guest house! She provided the ideal combination of service and privacy that truly made a difference. The pool, trampoline, and BBQ made all the difference. The kids loved it. thank you!

Very pleasant experience

We stayed with our 4 year old and our dog for three nights- we had good summer weather, enjoyed the pool and home. The host was great - answered all our questions prior to our arrival as well as greeted us when we drove in. The property is close to many wineries, restaurants are about 5 minutes away. Overall- we had a great time and would go back again.

Fun pool house

Andrew was great and the house is a fun place for a weekend getaway. One thing I think is helpful for context is that the whole house is open so there isn't too much privacy if you're staying with a group. That said, dining table is nice and big for group meals and the we really enjoyed the property (nice pool, outdoor fire, great yard, and and large trampoline).

Pool heated to your liking and has an automatic pool cover and light for night time swimming.
This pool is filled with salt water ( not chlorine) and it feels as if you are swimming in a lake. Beautiful!
