Great place with babbling brook and lovely setting. Responsive host, easy access and nice setting. Everything was perfect! And Perfect spot to explore the Catskills!

My friends and I had a great stay. The place was roomy, comfortable, and had everything we needed. All of my friends loved it, and the jacuzzi was definitely a highlight. Having the stream right in the backyard was an added bonus and made the whole stay feel extra relaxing. We’d definitely stay here again.

Amazing magical stay! We actually officiated a wedding next to the brook today and wow! What a perfect day, and space was so gorgeous. A complete enhancement, everything about including Josh and the owner Bill make this space more than a winner. Thank you!

Beautiful property. The brook running by the side of the property adds a magical touch. " I chatter over stony ways, in little sharps and trebles".

Lovely home and views of nature. Celebrated my husband’s birthday with family. Host was most welcoming. Second time there. Will return.

The house was as described: nicely remodeled, beautifully furnished, and very clean. We used the grill and the upstairs kitchen. We liked that there were just a few entry steps because one of us has mobility limitations. The AC kept up during a significant heat wave. We did not end up using the hot tub so I can't comment on that. Plenty of parking and places to hang out. Josh was easy to reach and very fast to reply. We had a great time. The house is in the woods. It's right by a lovely, gurgling stream set in the woods. That means there are critters around - if that would bother you greatly, this wouldn't be the best place for you. We didn't realize that there is another occupied apartment attached to the deck of the house where the hot tub, grill, and outdoor table are located - if that would bother you greatly, this wouldn't be the best place for you, either.

I highly recommend this place for a great getaway. It was cleaner than every high end hotel that I’ve stayed at this year. Absolutely the nicest and cleanest hot tub I’ve ever been in. The stream was a lot of fun to have in the back yard. The host was very kind, and quick to respond with any questions. Next time I go, I’d like to stay longer.
