Summary:
Gorgeous condo in the Ponderosa Condo complex. Completely renovated. Hot tub, easy walk to the slopes.
The Space:
This is an exquisite 4 bedroom, 4 bath condo that has been completely renovated. It is within a 5 minute walk to the base area. Winter or summer, activities abound just outside your door. This property has a lovely southern charm to it that will be enjoyed by everyone that is fortunate enough to stay here.
Each bathroom has granite slab countertops and natural stone tile. All have huge soaker tubs. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with a granite slab countertop, new appliances, new cabinets and it is equipped with everything you might need.
The condo is a 2-story second floor unit. The bottom floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and ensuite bathroom and one with 2 full-sized beds, the living/dining and kitchen are on this level along with another full bathroom.
On the upper floor is the primary bedroom with a king bed, balcony and ensuite bathroom as well as another bedroom with 2 queen beds and bath.
All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.
The laundry room is on this level and has both a full sized washer and dryer.
There is a community hot tub just in front of the building and a sauna just down the stairs from the front door. There is a communal grill by the hot tub that is open in the summer/fall only.
The complex is one of the best looked after in Mt. Crested Butte. You have 2 parking spaces for this property and one is a garage space.
Please note that the hot tub is open seasonally. It is open opening day to closing day in the ski season and will reopen mid-June and close after Labor Day.
No trailers or RV's are allowed at this property due to town regulations and/or HOA covenants.
The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian.
Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.
This property is not pet friendly.

Parking Plan
Each unit at Ponderosa Condominiums is issued two (2) official Ponderosa Condominiums parking permits. All vehicles on the premises must display an official Ponderosa parking permit. The fee for replacement of a lost parking permit is $25.
No more than two vehicles shall be kept, maintained or allowed on the property of Ponderosa Condominiums for each condominium unit.
Parking is permitted in designated areas only. This unit has one garage space, one vehicle must be parked there (unless it is too large). The garage height is 93 inches.
No motor homes, buses, or trailers are allowed at any location on the property. No vehicle shall remain parked upon the property unless it is in good working condition and used for actual transportation. Exterior parking is only for temporary parking of vehicles being used on a continuous basis and not for long-term parking or storage. Vehicles in violation of these rules may be removed at owner's expense.
On-street/Town right-of-way parking is NOT allowed in the Town of Mt. Crested Butte.

Check-in instructions to include key codes will be sent to you 3 days prior to your arrival by email after 4 pm MST.

Easy walk to the base area. Across the street from the condo is the main skier parking lot.
