This property is one of the best I’ve stayed at! It’s clear it’s been curated with love, phenomenal taste, & attention to detail. The garden is gorgeous, the location is phenomenal, the house is so cozy & well-stocked, & the host was super responsive & accommodating. We really appreciated her going out of her way to make us feel at home!

The River House is fantastic! Eva has supplied the house with everything you would possibly need for a comfortable stay--from beach towels to a sewing kit to sleep masks and ear plugs. Wall art and kotchkes specific to Vermont, Burlington and the River make the place feel like a home away from home. The flower garden out back is beautiful and teeming with pollinators. We had a lovely stay and will most definitely book again when next in Burlington.

This is one of my favorite VRBO experiences ever! The host has thought of everything and adds sweet personalized touches to make the stay extra special. If you are there in the summer the garden of flowers is MAGICAL!I loved the space and found it to be just what I needed--cozy, clean, & peaceful.Coffee out in the garden in the morning and sunsets in the evening. So special!Seriously, look no further, you will love this space!I stayed here with my daughter while we moved her into UVM and she even brought her friends by to see it :) Great space for both of us, I think it would fit 3 people nicely.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the the river house in Winooski. Great location--easy access to all that Burlington has to offer and walking distance to some nice restaurants in Winooski. As previous reviews have indicated, Eva has provided everything to insure you have a great visit. We had some rain showers one of the days and I was regretting that I hadn't put our Scrabble game in the car---we then discovered that there was a Scrabble game in the Tiny House. (PS the game is missing the letter J) Comfortable bed, clean, great book of recommendations, and the flower garden that takes up the entire backyard was feast for the eyes. I am a quilter and I loved working on a quilt among all those flowers--the dahlias are amazing! Not a negative thing to share--highly recommend.

Easily one of my favorite BNBs ever. Clean, had a plethora of amenities, and easy access to parts of town. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice cozy place to stay.

Eva was a great host and was outstanding with communication. The property was a great location and was exactly as listed with a lot of unexpected personal touches. Will book again for our next trip!

This is a fantastic place next to the river. So many wonderful little details. It is a tiny house, but it’s not so tiny. I was pleasantly surprised at how much space there was. Eva was lovely.

What a wonderful piece of Vermont. Winooski is a great spot to explore the Burlington, Montpelier, Shelburne region of Vermont. The Vermont River House is 15 minutes from Burlintgon downtown, Winooski is across the river and the back yard is peaceful, pretty and quiet with the falls in the background for peace. The tiny home is laid out well, gives you able space for a single or couple and is bright and moves air through the home well. Eva our host was wonderful, attentive and available. Such a pleasure. We can't wait to return. This trip was to see a music concert at Essex Junction, about a 20-25 minute drive from Winooski. I'd highly recommend this property.

Eva is a super host for a reason! Wow, so thoughtful, kind, considerate and such a lovely property. This was my favorite VRBO experience ever and I've rented a lot of them over the years. The tiny house is beautiful, well-constructed, in a lovely location on the banks of the Winooski River. Inside every detail has been thought through, there is nothing missing, nothing you wish you had but didn't. You can tell Eva has an incredible eye for detail and very good at hospitality. And if all that isn't enough, she even left milk, yogurt, and her mother's homemade granola for breakfast! (And it was delicious - I brought the supplied recipe home from the lovely handwritten welcome card.) I can't recommend this property enough and will certainly return if I am back in the area again. Thank you, Eva!! It was a delightful week!

We really appreciated that the host had taken a great deal of care in laying out the place and the amenities. The house was charming and comfortable. We liked the artwork and the detailed maps and recommendations of things to see in the area.

Had such a dreamy, delightful stay here. The hosts very thoughtfully provided everything we needed and more, from sleep masks to homemade granola to spices in a fully equipped kitchen. Loved the garden right outside the window and appreciated the treats they left for my and my boyfriend’s anniversary. Would absolutely recommend & hope to stay here again if we return to Burlington.

Great get away!

Excellent accommodations ! Pleasant stay while we enjoyed UVM family weekend with our daughter. Look forward to more stays at the RiverHouse.
