The Space:
Note: Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day (currently under maintenance)
Same-day check-in is not allowed for local guests.
To meet legal and community requirements, guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID, confirm contact details, complete our verification process, and in some cases pass a background check. Failure to comply will result in cancellation and denied entry.
Important: Information collected is used solely for verification and is not stored or shared for any other reason.
All guests must sign a rental usage agreement that sets the terms of stay. By reserving, you agree to:
* Accept and follow the rental terms and conditions ($250 deposit required).
* Provide a valid photo ID and matching credit card before check-in.
* Complete a background check if required by management or the building.
Booking rules: Primary guest must be 22+ (locals 25+). No weapons or drugs permitted; violations will involve police action.
Noise rules: Guests must not disturb neighbors and must follow quiet hours from 9pm to 8am.
Pest notice: Louisville’s climate can occasionally bring pests like ants or roaches. Routine pest control is in place, and extra service can be arranged if needed.
Guest Access:
You have access to your own stylish apartment. In addition, you can lounge by the resort-style pool, work out in the fitness center, or enjoy one of the other fantastic, on-site amenities.
COVID-19 amenities update: The building amenities are currently open. We always comply with local health and safety measures, which continue to evolve, so we recommend contacting us before your stay to check the latest status.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is situated in a quiet and newly developed area in a convenient location near downtown, NULU and many of the best areas in Louisville
Getting Around:
We recommend driving near and in Louisville proper, and there are rideshares, public transportation and scooters for those who would prefer not to bring or rent a car. No matter what you want to do, it's easy to get around in this area.
