The space

Set within Calablanca Residences, this 4-bedroom villa is designed for gatherings that linger. The home accommodates up to 12 guests across 7 beds and 5.5 baths, with expansive living areas that open toward the outdoors. Stone floors, generous ceiling heights, and soft natural light create an atmosphere of easy, unhurried comfort. A private entrance ensures a seamless arrival, and building staff are available 24 hours a day should you need anything during your stay.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a large private swimming pool surrounded by a spacious patio - made for long afternoons in the sun, cold drinks in hand, and the kind of relaxation that doesn't need a schedule. Outdoor showers, outdoor furniture, and a BBQ grill round out the terrace for evenings spent under open skies. The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex. The residence's private beach stretches 167 metres long and 37 metres wide, lined with sunbeds, large cushions, and Bali-style cabanas where you can settle in for the day. A dock extending 60 metres into the water accommodates boats up to 60 feet - ideal for those arriving or departing by sea.



Wellness and recreation

Calablanca Residences offers access to a full wellness and recreation offering. The spa features separate entrances, jacuzzis, a steam room, sauna, and massage cabins. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge - you only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge. The gym is equipped with cardio machines, weights, and pilates equipment, while the game room offers a pool table, foosball, ping-pong, and a TV - plenty to keep guests of all ages entertained.



Kitchen and dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to cook comfortably - including a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, wine glasses, and cooking basics. A dining table and barbecue utensils make mealtimes flexible, whether indoors or out on the patio.



Sleeping arrangements and bathrooms

Four bedrooms sleep up to 12 guests across 7 beds, each room appointed with bed linens, hangers, and clothing storage. With 5.5 bathrooms, mornings stay relaxed even for larger groups. Each bathroom is stocked with hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hot water.
