Nestled amidst lush pine trees and offering breathtaking mountain views, our homestay is designed for comfort, calm, and connection with nature. Wake up to bird songs, sip chai overlooking the mountains, and explore hidden trails—all just 15-20 minutes from Mall Road.”

The space
Dreamville Stays is a beautifully curated 3BHK apartment, thoughtfully designed to offer comfort and charm in every corner.
Bedrooms:
Enjoy 3 spacious king-size bedrooms, 2 opening directly onto a balcony with breathtaking panoramic valley views, visible right from your bed. All rooms feature fresh linens, cosy blankets, roomy wardrobes, and blackout curtains to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
Living & Dining:
Unwind in a stylish lounge with a 3+2 seater setup, warm ambient lighting, tasteful artwork, and a dining area that seats six. It’s the perfect spot to relax and share meals after a day of exploring the hills.
Kitchen:
The fully-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, electric kettle, water purifier, gas hob, chimney and geyser. You'll also find all the cooking essentials: utensils, plates, cups, glasses, and pantry basics like tea, sugar, salt, and pepper. Sorry, we don’t provide a microwave.
Bathrooms:
There are two bathrooms with hot water. One is attached to the master bedroom, and the other is conveniently located opposite the remaining two bedrooms. We provide fresh towels, shower gel, hand wash, toothbrushes, and toothpaste for your comfort.
Balcony:
Step out onto the open balcony surrounded by greenery and equipped with seating. It's an ideal spot for your morning chai or a peaceful sunset retreat, with sweeping valley views all around.
Technology & Comfort:
Stay connected with 100 Mbps Wi-Fi. Room heaters are available on request during colder months.

Just 3.5 km (15–20 minutes by car) from Mall Road, the apartment is close enough to explore the town, yet tucked away in a peaceful neighbourhood.
Access Information:
The apartment is on the 1st floor, which is approximately 6 to 8 steps up from the parking area. Covered parking is available. Please note that there is no elevator.
- No power backup: In the event of a rare power outage, essential services may be temporarily disrupted.
- Nature trails are nearby for morning walks.
- For extended stays, cleaning will be performed every 4th day.
- Home-cooked meals available on request.
- Quiet and serene neighbourhood, perfect for relaxation.
- Local grocery stores and cafés are within walking distance.
- Room heaters are available at an additional cost in winter.
Guest access
Guests have full private access to the apartment. However, for bookings of up to 4 guests, a 2 BHK (with attached balcony) will be provided.
Other things to note
Hosting of commercial parties or events is strictly prohibited. Please respect the quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Kindly avoid rearranging any furniture to maintain the setup and condition of the space.
To maintain cleanliness and comfort, eating or drinking is not allowed in the bedrooms.
