We had an amazing stay! The space was perfect and very clean! Communication was great with the host as well throughout the stay of our trip if needed. Definitely a place I would recommend!

We had an amazing and relaxing trip. The home was well equipped with everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms.The home was also very clean and beautifully decorated.I would definitely stay here again.

5 stars across the board. Truly an oasis of comfort and relaxation. We travel a lot and this was the best accommodation ever. Everything was perfect- cleanliness, pool, location, amenities, decor, host, check-in, and sun.

Relaxing and quiet neighborhood. The house was amazing with its open floor plan and comfy beds and couches. We enjoyed our time and spent a sunny afternoon by the pool (too cold for me but our son enjoyed it). Clause was amazing and even made sure we had our morning coffee for when we arrived. Highly recommend this place.

The house was in pristine condition. It was decorated for Christmas with 5 full size lighted Christmas trees plus many assorted Christmas decorations. It looked like a model home.

This place is FANTASTIC! We highly recommend! The house is new and clean and beautifully appointed. The pool and backyard is great (we were here in December and used it as a cold plunge ) but we were still able to layout in the sun. The house is well stocked with cookware and appliances, a keurig with pods- the kitchen has everything you need! Check in before you go to the grocery store- they already provided a lot of things we didn’t expect to be provided!! Claude, the host, is fantastic and responsive! He was absolutely wonderful to us and made us feel very welcome with a handwritten welcome note and check in’s on VRBO.

We violated the “house rules” which we thought literally pertained to the house, by having a family member that brought a dog on the exterior property. We acknowledge the violation however we learned that the property owner was monitoring our family visit in the backyard. We then saw that all of his exterior cameras (that weren’t disclosed to us) we set to record anytime we walked in front of them. This was particularly concerning considering there was one camera trained on the pool area where my family was laying in the son.

Tim, thank you for your feedback. I’d like to clarify a few important points for future guests and for transparency. Our listing clearly states that no animals are allowed on the property, both inside the home and on the exterior grounds. This rule is emphasized to protect the home and to accommodate guests with allergies. While you mentioned the dog did not enter the home, pet hair was found inside after checkout, confirming the policy was not followed. Regarding the cameras, all exterior security cameras are visible, including the ring cam doorbell you passed to enter the home. I was educated on having to disclose I have cameras in listing, which I took full accountability for. Their purpose is strictly for security and liability, including monitoring the pool area, entrances, and general exterior activity — something that is standard for short-term rentals, especially those with a pool. These cameras do not face any interior spaces and are not used for personal monitoring, only safety. The cameras captured the animal on the property, which is how the rule violation was confirmed. This is not “surveillance” of guests, but the exact reason exterior cameras exist: to protect the home, the guests, and ensure rules are being followed. I’m always respectful of guests’ privacy and comfort, and I’m disappointed you felt otherwise. However, rules are communicated clearly, and accountability is part of a respectful host-guest relationship. Thank you again for your stay.
