This spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 15 guests, making it the ideal getaway for families, friends, or groups. Featuring three luxurious king suites, a playful bunk room, a fold-out sofa, and multiple gathering spaces, this home combines high-end finishes with thoughtful amenities and cutting-edge sustainable design. -Mudroom: Giant mudroom with 24 cubbies, 36 hooks, and two built-in gear warmers with space for 12 pairs of boots or gloves.
-Downstairs Suite: King bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and single vanity, and large closet.
-Bunk Room: Sleeps up to 7 with two twin-over-queen bunk beds and a separate lofted twin bed. Features a reading nook, two closets, and a dresser.
Bathroom: Dual vanity, rainfall shower/tub combo, and beautiful tilework.
Main Floor
-Family Room: Expansive windows frame Ross Peak views. Features multiple seating areas, wet bar with icemaker, and wood-burning stove.

This furnished home is available for rent on a monthly- basis. This listing is available for rent for a minimum of 30 days. There is no penalty for an early departure, however, no refunds will be given.
