Sea Vista, located in the quiet upmarket suburb of La Lucia, is a newly renovated flat that enjoys spectacular sea views.
Every amenity imaginable is within 2kms, including La Lucia Mall, restaurants, gyms and sports bars.
Both Umhlanga to the North and Durban to the South are less than 10 minutes drive. Both have amazing promenades, shops, restaurants and beaches.
Enjoy the outdoors year round, cool off in the pool, or enjoy the uncapped wifi and smart tv in the air-conditioned flat.
The flat is attached to the house with a separate entrance and secure parking for 2 cars. It is large and open plan, with enough space for two separate sleeping areas, a kitchenette , lounge, dining room, work area and a separate bathroom.
The sea fills every view from within the flat and time spent on the balcony will refresh the soul!
Guests have exclusive access to the flat and share access to the garden, deck, pool and trampoline with the main house. The flat is separate to the house and interactions with the host occurs very infrequently.
Guests are able to contact their hosts at any stage throughout their stay should they need to.
