Relax with the whole family at our peaceful Home off the Bay of Quinte.
Enjoy the natural light that shines through our windows, into every space. With more than enough room for your entire group, we hope everyone feels comfortable in our Home.
Prince Edward County:
→ 3 minutes to Campbell`s Orchard & Market
→ 12 minutes to LCBO + Bridge to Belleville
→ 16 minutes to the nearest PEC Winery
→ 20 minutes to the nearest Golf Course
→ 35 minutes to Sandbanks Provincial Park
Our bay side home has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and tons of amenities. We`re just a short drive away from all the attractions in Prince Edward County, the City of Belleville and Quinte West.

You`ll enter our home through the side entrance which leads you directly into the kitchen and living area. The home is yours to enjoy fully during your stay.

There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere on our premises. It is strictly forbidden on our property anywhere and failure to comply may result in a penalty up to $1,000. We really appreciate your cooperation on this.
No more than the stated number of guests in the reservation may stay overnight, unless agreed otherwise. Failure to report the accurate number of overnight guests may potentially result in an immediate cancellation of your stay.
Please note that we do NOT allow pets, parties, or illegal drugs of any kind ANYWHERE on our property (inside or outside).
Late checkout beyond the scheduled check-out time will incur fees of $50 per hour - unless a different time has been agreed upon otherwise. We don`t require you to clean after your stay - but at the same time please respect our home - we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning fees if the property is left in a condition beyond what is reasonably expected.
Please fully extinguish the embers in the fire pit after using it.
We DO NOT have access to the water, and any guests outside of the perimeter of our back fence is trespassing. Please respect the space of our neighbours homes.
We have zero tolerance for violations of house rules.
