I live in the lower unit of the house and may say a quick hello from time to time.
1.【CANCELLATION】
We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
2.【NO PARTY OR EVENT】
We have security system and outside surveillance cameras that will be triggered by noise and motion. We will call Airbnb to force evacuating the party groups based on Airbnb`s policy. $300 fines will be charged for violating the rule.
3.【QUIET HOURS 10PM-8AM】
Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am for neighborhood peace. 
4.【NO SMOKING】
If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee.
5.【ANIMAL POLICY】
We welcome less than 20 pound dogs to the property and we have a max accommendation of 2 dogs. If your dog is bigger, we will review case by case. 
6. 【NO SHOES】
We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house.
7.【Self Catering】
This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.
8.【Early check-in】【Late check-out】
We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in and late check-out for $100 fee. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us 1 day prior to your check-in date.
9.【Dispose trash in the right bins】
Please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate cans. If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and our cleaning crew will take care of them.
10. 【Lost & Found】
Please take all of your personal belongings before you check out. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge $100 handling fee + the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).
