FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

➣ What time are check-in and check-out? Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is before 10 AM.
➣ Do you provide a grill? Yes, we provide a park grill for your outdoor cooking needs.
➣ Is the hot tub cleaned after every stay? Absolutely! The hot tub is thoroughly drained, cleaned, and refilled after each guest.
➣ Do I need 4-wheel drive to access the cabin? If snow or ice conditions are present, we highly recommend 4-wheel drive or snow chains.
➣ How soon will I get access instructions? Arrival details, including the address and door code, are shared the morning of check-in.
➣ Do you provide firewood? Firewood is not provided, so we recommend bringing some along if you plan to enjoy a cozy fire during your stay.
➣ Can I cancel if the weather is bad? Cancellations due to weather, natural disasters, power outages and other things that are beyond our control will not be refunded.

GUEST ACCESS

➣ Guests will have access to the entire house, except for the garage.
➣ The home is integrated with a smart lock system. It is operational from 4 pm on your check-in date until 10 am on your checkout date. Rest assured, your exclusive door code will be provided prior to your arrival, guaranteeing a smooth and secure check-in.

MAXIMUM CAPACITY

The cabin sleeps up to 12 guests and allows for a maximum of 4 vehicles. This includes two driveway spaces.

MOUNTAIN ROADS

The final mile leading to the cabin includes some steep and winding mountain roads. The last 100 yards or so leading to the cabin is gravel.

HOT TUB RULES

Guests must be 18+ or supervised by an adult to use the hot tub. Please avoid alcohol near the hot tub and use at your own risk.

NO PETS ALLOWED

For the comfort of all our guests, pets are not permitted. If a pet is brought into the property, we will charge an additional $175 and you will likely be asked to leave.

SAFETY CAMERA

An exterior camera is installed for guest safety. Tampering with this device is not permitted.

RENTAL AGREEMENT

A signed rental agreement is required to confirm your reservation. This helps ensure a smooth and secure experience for both parties.

WILDLIFE

Our cabin is tucked away in the woods, offering a peaceful mountain escape surrounded by nature. Because of the natural setting, you may hear or see some local wildlife. The cabin has a roof with no attic, so sounds like rain or the occasional squirrel on the roof may be more noticeable. It's all part of the cozy, close-to-nature experience!

We also perform monthly pest control, but due to the forest setting, insects may occasionally find their way inside, especially during certain seasons. This is a normal part of being in the mountains, and we appreciate your understanding as we balance comfort with the natural environment.

While bear sightings are rare, they are a possibility in this area. If you do happen to see one, whether in the park or near the cabin, please enjoy it from a safe distance and do not feed it. For your safety and theirs, it’s best to admire wildlife without interaction.

EARLY CHECK IN OR LATE CHECK OUT

We do our best to accommodate requests but are dependent on our cleaning team’s schedule. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Unapproved late checkouts will be charged $50 per hour, rounded up to the next full hour.

NO OPEN FLAMES OR CANDLES

For the safety of all guests and our property, open flames of any kind—including candles—are strictly prohibited. A $100 fee will be charged if this rule is violated, plus the cost of any damages incurred.

Fires permitted in the living room fireplace and backyard fire pit. Fires must be supervised by an adult at all times.

NO PARTIES

To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, parties and large gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Please keep noise to a minimum after this time.
