Great little house, convenient to everything in Magnolia. Clean, comfy beds, full kitchen, washer and dryer, and stocked coffee bar. Communication with host is exemplary, and check in/check out is a breeze.

Check in was easy and we were kept well informed of the process. There is a great and stocked coffee bar with everything you need. Water and other drinks in the refrigerator along with some snacks on the table for us. Very nice note with instructions for our stay waiting for us. Plenty of towels and bathroom supplies for our stay. Great stay and would definitely stay again.

This rental has become our go-to spot in Magnolia. We just had our 4th stay here and have already booked a 5th (our son goes to SAU). We love that there are 3 bedrooms, so we can each have our own space and privacy. It’s nice to have a kitchen, living room and dining area, plus a stocked coffee and tea bar. The house is nicely decorated and the beds are comfortable. Having a washer and dryer is a plus. We always enjoy the welcome letter and snacks waiting for us when we check in. The house is in an older neighborhood, but we haven’t had any concerns at all. Easy check-in and check-out process, communication with host is always great, convenient to SAU and all of Magnolia.

This is a great little home to rent when in Magnolia. We were in town to visit SAU, which was just a few minutes away. This older home is in a quiet neighborhood, was very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable and having a kitchen was very convenient for us. Thoughtful details included waters and sodas in the refrigerator, two baskets of snacks as well as a personalized letter welcoming us. Very convenient to SAU, Lake Columbia and Logoly State Park. Check in/out was a breeze and communication with host was easy. Will definitely be returning to this little gem.

The neighborhood is filled with boarded up houses and dilapidated houses. We felt unsafe and asked for a refund, and were denied. We choose to stay at the IHG in Magnolia and it was very nice. There are safety concerns with this property.

My stay was very relaxing. My family enjoyed the welcome amenities, coffee bar, snacks and cold beverages in the refrigerator.We wished the shower worked but other than that our stay was comfortable. The area was a little sketchy but we felt safe and the neighbors did speak.
